About this property

Looking for a cottage for the summer and for winter? Then you are exactly right with us. We invite you to be on 150 square meters (Non smoking) and 700 sqm garden and our guest to enjoy the wonderful forest and mountain air. From the house it can be started well in the mountains for hiking, biking and skiing. You can also take a trip to Lake Chiemsee or the neighboring province of Tyrol, as desired, depending on, you have chosen an ideal starting point. What is it better than covering the whole day to spend in the pure air of Bavaria? To welcome all our guests receive a bottle of wine to spend cozy evenings on the first plump oven or in the garden properly can.
Bedlinen and towels are with extra charge (80 euros for all guests together). Tourist tax and used energy (house) will be payed after your holiday via invoice. Enjoy your time.

Superb Accomodation

We were delighted to stay in such a charming property, the area is so peaceful. The property was of a very high standard, so clean and cosy, with everything provided. We hope to return here and stay again.

Idyllic Location

True Bavarian. Fantastic location for exploring as far as Nuremburg and Munich and a hop across the border to Austria for places like Kitzbuhel, Rattensburg and Saltzburg. The house has everything and is great for walking. We loved it and will return.

Mountain retreat

A nice, clean, three bedroom property in the outskirts of Oberaudorf. Beautiful scenery and plenty of outdoor activities. Very close to the Austrian border and an easy hours drive from Munich. Recommended.

Great house and great Country

This is a fantastic house, very spacious, everything you could possibly need to feel at home. The owner, Michaela, was very kind and helpful. Plenty to do locally for outdoor enthusiasts - walking, tobogganing, Wendlestein Mountain restuarant, Salt Mine, to name a few. Uk holiday makers, book with confidence. Only one hour drive from Munich airport. Friendly, helpful locals, easy driving (especially after France!). Beautiful clean countryside. Duncan family, Scotland.

Wir kommen gern wieder!

Das Ferienhaus bietet genug Platz für 6 Personen und die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Eine riesige Kiste mit Lego hat die Kinderherzen höher schlagen lassen. Die Sauna im oberen Bad war auch Klasse 😀 Der Garten bot viel Platz zum spielen und die Lage war ein recht guter Startpunkt für die Tagesausflüge. Winzig kleiner Wehrmutstropfen: es ist etwas dunkel im Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder!
