At this point, for 2025, we are taking "waiting list" only names. Our condo will be having some construction done and since we don't know the dates yet, we can't commit to booking.

Until D406 has an ocean view from the master bedroom and balcony. The condo is 1663 sq ft with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and bath has a jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. The second bedroom has two queen beds. Free WIFI and cable TV. The complex has a heated pool, hot tub, tennis courts, fitness room, and private beach access. The condo is fully furnished with washer and dryer in the unit. Just bring your clothes and toiletries.

A stay in Paradise

I primarily went to this location to both work within my business virtually and to get out of my house, where I have spent all but a few hours per week outside since the Pandemic began 15 months ago. My wife and Daughter and I made this the Pandemic Capstone event in the Pandemic in the greatest way possible...in the sun and surf of this quiet and isolated stretch of Florida beachfront.

Beautiful condo on the Beach

The condo is beautiful, spacious, clean and well stocked. The condo complex was really nice. The owner Lanie was great to work with. Would definitely return and would recommend this property highly. Thanks for everything Lanie.

We live in Central Florida and have owned this condo since 1999. We are in the "active" stage of rearing teenagers, so we rent our condo when we aren't using it. Since Shorewood is primarily a residential condo and the majority of the owners live there, so it is a very quiet and calm complex. We expect our renters to adhere to this environment.
