Beautiful spacious cottage attached to 100 year old charming home, less than one mile from the heart of downtown. Large bedroom with New Cal King Tuft & Needle bed, living room, claw foot bath tub in bathroom- great neighborhood! Only a mile to the Grove Park Inn. Pet friendly! Free WIFI! Safe and
quite neiborhood and great friendly hosts to assist you with your stay in our loving city of Asheville. Ask any questions you wish! Always dog friendly and we offer pet sitting at an additional cost just ask!

The spiral staircase is for decoration only. Everything is on first floor so don’t worry about having to climb stairs!

Fire pit in front yard for your use.

Microwave, medium fridge, coffee maker and toaster provided.

Introvert’s Delight

I rented this cottage with my pup as a destination getaway from city life. Mike and Tom we’re so welcoming and made my stay so comfortable. Roux (the Cavapoo) felt at home immediately. If I’m every back in Asheville I would definitely stay here again!

Cottage

Hosts gave us lots of suggestions for things to do and great recommendations for local restaurants. They also checked on our dog when we visited the Biltmore.

Perfect spot for exploring Asheville!

We had a wonderful time at this Cottage treating it like base camp as we explored food, breweries, and fun stuff for families in Asheville!!
