The place is beautiful with great character and water views. It has great space for get togethers and a nice kitchen for entertaining.
The heating was very uneven throughout the house leaving some guests freezing and others sweating. There was very limited hot water for showers. The beds are very hard and could use updating. Lastly, the 5th bedroom was not a bedroom. It was the front room with no storage, not enough window coverings and an uncomfortable day bed. I wanted to love this place so much!
Always comfortable. Nice updates throughout the house.

What makes this property unique
Our family fell in love with this beach front home because of its extraordinary views as well as the graceful floor plan, that is perfect for both entertaining a large group or cozy and alone. We have enjoyed many summers as well as holidays in this quiet and peaceful setting, relaxing to the sound of the waves breaking on the beach wall.
