Great cottage in Franklin

This is our 2nd stay at Southern Charm and both times have been great. The cottage has everything you need including even baking equipment in the kitchen! Our boys loved playing in the back yard. The location is excellent and you can walk into Franklin easily. The owner is really helpful and quick to respond to any queries and she kindly returned some things we left behind on our first stay. I’m sure we will be back.

Great options for young couple looking to get the benefits of Nashville and Franklin. You can walk to Franklin. Great backyard for a dog and grilling out. Great weekend getaway

Why they chose this property

We love to spend time in Franklin, which is close to Nashville, but a little more relaxed. The antiques, restaurants, shopping, history, horses and festivals, or a trip to Arrington Vineyards or Leiper's Fork, make Franklin the perfect little small town where families and friends gather and young couples can hang out and enjoy the eclectic goings -on in the area. Just 20 minutes drive, Nashville offers big-time sporting events and concerts. Enjoy the new Nashville vibe of great restaurants, venues and events.

What makes this property unique

Relax in the private, fenced back-yard. Take a stroll into Downtown Franklin....maybe start your day at one of the coffee houses or juice bars. Or, have biscuits and gravy at a southern cafe. Walk down picturesque Fair St. or W. Main St. and then shop and have lunch on the square.
This cozy cottage is a great place to enjoy a relaxing break from the hustle bustle....friendly dogs are accepted (with owner approval)!
