Luxuary 3 bedroom apartment complete with hot and cold air conditioning throughout, (this is now metered) This ground floor apartment comes with private terrace and garden, with access to 2 swimming pools, which have separate pools for small children. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and patio doors leading onto the terrace. The remaining 2 bedrooms are both twins. All bedrooms come with fitted wardrobes. The kitchen comes complete with oven/hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave. The dining area has a large dining table that comfortably seats six people. In the living area there is an L shaped couch which can fold down into a double bed if required. There is satellite T.V. DVD player & I phone/pod docking station. There are patio doors leading from the living area onto the terrace and garden. The Puerto Marina development is situated at the top of the newly developed pedestrianized plaza, where you will discover local cafe-bars, restaurants and supermarkets

Puerto Marina apartment, Los Alcazares, Nr Murcia.

My family and I had a very enjoyable stay at this apartment during the 1st week of June 2008. The location was very convenient for the airport and the local flight traffic didn't disturb us (I think they only fly during the day). The apartment itself is spacious, very well appointed and had everything that we needed - it was exactly as described in the advertisement. Of particular note were the 3 good sized bedrooms and the large patio area which benefits from the sun all day long.

The apartment is immaculately kept and obviously very new (I believe that it is on the 2nd of a 3-phased development) - although whilst phase 3 was in progress there were no noise problems at all.

The owner was very good as far as communication etc goes and the whole transaction was very smooth, including extras such as the airport transfers that we requested.

The complex was very quiet when we visited and at times, we almost had the 2 large swimming pools to ourselves. Los Alcazares itself is fairly quiet - there are plenty of restaurants etc but not much in the way of night life.

The local beach was about 10 minutes walk away but very nice and benefitted from a very long and well cared for promenade. I would have no hesitation in recommending the property for a quiet and relaxing holiday.

Lovely apartment!

We had a lovely 2 week stay in this apartment, it has everything you could need. Very handy being on the ground floor, sun loungers provided were brilliant. We loved lounging around the pool on an afternoon. We would return, thanks for a lovely holiday.

Fab Family Holiday in a little Oasis

What a wonderful apartment, clean, comfortable and home from home, sun on the garden all day and shade on the patio when needed. Three big bedrooms all complete with large sliding wardrobes, 2 bathrooms, well kitted kitchen complete with washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave and oven plus air conditioning that was a god send during the night. The apartment is cool normally so you don't need a lot of air conditioning. Nearby there are 3 supermarkets as well as tons of bars and restaurants, bus and taxi services. Beach is a 10 min walk, locals are friendly and pools on complex are clean and well looked after. We have stopped in Los Alcazares before as we have family who have an apartment here but we would definitely stop again, we have had a superb holiday and had a few good afternoons in the garden with Mr Estrella and Miss Sangria till early evening - thank you we would whole heartedly recommend this apartment to anyone.

Good location, lacking in cleanliness.

The property was in a perfect location and the facilities were as described.

The property however was a bit lacking when it came to the standard of cleanliness with food items found under the sofa, a dirty oven and grill and a stinking filthy kitchen bin. This took the shine off things for my party.

The quality of the linen also was not what I expected with only one set of threadbare bedding for each bed that has seen better days and the tea towels were not the cleanest.

summer holiday

We had a great holiday at this apartment. everything was as described on the website, the shops, bars and restaurants' were a 5 minute stroll away with the beach a further 5 mins away, The area is very flat and you can walk for miles. The garden & patio area are great for sun bathing and only yards away from the swimming pools, the apartment is well decorated and maintained. Would definitely recommend this apartment and we will be returning in the near future. The owners were very helpful with the booking and information about Los Alcazares.

Fantastic apartment/location

This was our 4th time staying in this apartment. Absolutely love this apartment/resort. Ideal location. Less than 10 minute taxi journey from airport. Apartment is always spotless. Well maintained. Fantastic sized garden which has the sun in it from first thing in the morning till last thing at night. Also has a terrace which is always shaded so keeps everyone happy. The main pool is less than 20 steps away from garden gate. 5 minute walk takes you to the start of the shops, restaurants and bars. Here you can find many different types of restaurants ranging from very reasonably priced to the more expensive. Rosalinds rooftop restaurant being our favourite. One of the more expensive but superb food. well worth the money.

The beach is about 15 minute walk from resort. 2 supermarkets are about 5 minutes walk too.

During this stay we went to the go karting 45 minute walk and we went to the water park which was about half hour taxi journey. Organised this through the manager and cost 60 euro return. Great day out. Well worth the money.

Love this apartment so much that we booked up whilst staying to return June 2014. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Los Alcazares is a lovely Spanish town situated on the Mar Menor (little Sea) on the south east coast of Spain. In the old town at the harbour there are many bars, cafes & restaurants where you can sample the local cuisine. The water here is very calm and shallow, it is also 5 degree's warmer than the Mediterranean Sea all year round. There are 7km of coast line with blue flag award winning beaches. The lagoon is 22km long by 7km wide. The promenade is lined with palm trees and cherenguito's (Spanish bars serving drinks & tapas) providing a place to stop off for a refreshment as you sit and look across the panoramic lagoon to the La Manga strip on the other side. The climate here is one of the best in Spain with 320 days of sunshine each year. The mineral rich water here in the Mar Menor is known for its health giving properties, and is listed by the world health organisation as one of the healthiest places on earth. There is also a wealth of local history waiting to be discovered.

Other Activities: Kite-surfing.

Golf: There are several fantastic golf courses nearby, not to mention the world famous La-manga golf resort and the Polaris world golf resorts with in a short drive.

Here in Los Alcazares you can have the best of both worlds, golf and beach.
