Luxuary 3 bedroom apartment complete with hot and cold air conditioning throughout, (this is now metered) This ground floor apartment comes with private terrace and garden, with access to 2 swimming pools, which have separate pools for small children. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and patio doors leading onto the terrace. The remaining 2 bedrooms are both twins. All bedrooms come with fitted wardrobes. The kitchen comes complete with oven/hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave. The dining area has a large dining table that comfortably seats six people. In the living area there is an L shaped couch which can fold down into a double bed if required. There is satellite T.V. DVD player & I phone/pod docking station. There are patio doors leading from the living area onto the terrace and garden. The Puerto Marina development is situated at the top of the newly developed pedestrianized plaza, where you will discover local cafe-bars, restaurants and supermarkets

Apartment was clean and spacious with all the amenities needed for a comfortable holiday.

Great holiday and apartment. Place, clean tidy and secure. Noise level very minimal and people was friendly. Pool clean and well maintained. Near local amenities and beach, which is clean is 15 minutes walk away. Defiantly would go back.

Wonderful apartment and location

We have had a very relaxing 2 weeks in this great apartment. We were a party of 5 and there was plenty of room for us all; the bedrooms are very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped with good sized fridge/freezer. The front terrace is very spacious and very close to the 2 main pools which we used. The pools were always very clean and never over crowded and we used daily. The location is ideal - just a 5-10 min walk to the main centre with all the bars/restaurants of which there were many. There are also 3 supermarkets very near which were well stocked. a further 5 mins walk on and you reach the beach which is clean and never too busy. We took the beach brolly (in the apartment) with us once but from then on just took our beach towels. We hired a car to have a few days out: to the historic city of Cartagena to see the Roman amphitheatre and we visited a water park and a couple of other beaches which were empty with safe swimming. The tourist information centre was very helpful with ideas if you want to explore a bit but a car is not necessary. There is a land train for 3 euros each to take you to the old town in Loz Alcazares which we did twice to eat out. Otherwise we used the local new town. It was all perfect.

I would have given this 5 stars but for a few small aspects which are: we wanted a BBQ and there used to be one but we were told on arrival that this wasn't there any more so we did buy one for 18 euros because my husband is keen to BBQ as well as eat out - so there is a BBQ there now! Also, we were told on arrival that 5 light bulbs were out but wouldn't be replaced as they were hard to come by which seemed strange- one was the area outside the girls' bedroom where the long mirror was so they couldn't see properly to do hair/make up which is important to them so they moaned about that! We discovered that one of the blinds leading from the main bedroom to the terrace didn't open so we couldn't access the terrace that way so that needs to be mended. Also, the air conditioning (on a metre) fans in one of the twin bedrooms doesn't work well so was hard to cool that room at night - we just used the air con for an hour or so each evening which was enough and only cost 20 euros for the fortnight. These are only small points though and if they are corrected then it would be 5 stars without a doubt. We had a truly wonderful holiday and could highly recommend this property.

Wonderful 3 Bedroom Apartment (we stayed 30th June - 13th July)

We stayed in this lovely 3 Bedroom apartment definitely home from home you didn't want for anything even towels were provided.

Being a travel agent myself I would be more than happy to send any of my customers here.

The apartment is very close to the pool area and a 5-10 minute walk to all the bars and restaurants and supermarkets.

The apartment has plenty of hanging space for everyone's clothes also has 2 bathrooms which was a god send have teenage daughters.

The apartment has WIFI and is also air conditioned (meter you buy tokens we stayed for 2 weeks and only used EURO25).

There is a lovely patio area where you have 4 sunbeds, there is also another seating area which is undercover. The apartment has 1 Double Room and 2 x Twin Rooms all good size bedrooms.

There are many restaurants which have fantastic food and not expensive here are a few we enjoyed.

Rosalinds Pink Flamingo Roof Garden Restaurant ( has everything and caters for kids)

Veni (also has a very wide menu)

Angela's Pizzeria

La Diva

Hemingway Bistro (also a favourite of our lovely food and a fab menu).

You will have a lovely stay in this apartment.

Lovely apartment in a good location.

Very nice and clean apartment. Lovely swimming pool area. Short stroll to the many bars and restaurants. Also very close to the lovely beach area.

The only negative we would have is the very small shower cubicle in the en-suite bathroom.

Lovely apartment!

We had a lovely 2 week stay in this apartment, it has everything you could need. Very handy being on the ground floor, sun loungers provided were brilliant. We loved lounging around the pool on an afternoon. We would return, thanks for a lovely holiday.

Los Alcazares is a lovely Spanish town situated on the Mar Menor (little Sea) on the south east coast of Spain. In the old town at the harbour there are many bars, cafes & restaurants where you can sample the local cuisine. The water here is very calm and shallow, it is also 5 degree's warmer than the Mediterranean Sea all year round. There are 7km of coast line with blue flag award winning beaches. The lagoon is 22km long by 7km wide. The promenade is lined with palm trees and cherenguito's (Spanish bars serving drinks & tapas) providing a place to stop off for a refreshment as you sit and look across the panoramic lagoon to the La Manga strip on the other side. The climate here is one of the best in Spain with 320 days of sunshine each year. The mineral rich water here in the Mar Menor is known for its health giving properties, and is listed by the world health organisation as one of the healthiest places on earth. There is also a wealth of local history waiting to be discovered.

Other Activities: Kite-surfing.

Golf: There are several fantastic golf courses nearby, not to mention the world famous La-manga golf resort and the Polaris world golf resorts with in a short drive.

Here in Los Alcazares you can have the best of both worlds, golf and beach.
