Watch the sunrise from your balcony and enjoy the heated pool year round. Unit includes 2 queen size beds and queen size pull out sofa. Complex includes BBQ grills that overlook the ocean and volleyball court on the beach. This beautiful ocean front home includes free on site parking that is on same side as building so no crossing any streets.
Our building is well maintained it has a heated pool, shuffleboard court, barbecue grill, beach volleyball' and tiki bar. Please NO PETS ALLOWED. Security deposit is returned within 7 days of departure.

Wonderful place to stay!

We spent a fantastic 10 nights in Indian Shores and this condo was perfect for our family. The decor is lovely and there's everything you might need available for use i.e towels, bucket and spade, beach shade which were all essential for use with our 2 year old! The view over the water was lovely and my son spent most of his time shouting 'boat boat' at any boats that passed :-) The only negative (though no fault of the owner) was that the lift wasn't working and was being fixed all week which would have been a lot worse had we been any higher than the 2nd floor. Overall we had a relaxing, fun filled, family holiday exploring Indian Shores and the local area. Thank you Ryan!
