The two-family house in which Solimar is located is situated directly by the sea in a quiet residential area on the edge of S'Illot. Right by the house there is access to a small rocky plateau by the sea. The semi-detached house (horizontal division) has a separate entrance and access to a large sun terrace with fantastic sea views and a covered summer kitchen. The large and cosy living-dining area with German SAT-TV also offers the magnificent view of the bay thanks to Climalit and panoramic windows. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped and has a cooker & separate oven as well as a dishwasher. The large bedroom with double bed has its own bathroom en suite. In total, there are 2 comfortable bathrooms at your disposal. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds. The house is well insulated and can be kept at a good temperature even without air conditioning. The air conditioning can be booked optionally depending on the weather and is subject to a charge. Directly in front of the terrace is the deep blue sea and in only 10 minutes you can reach the beach of S'Illot.

Optional additional costs: If desired, an air conditioning flat rate (cold/warm) of 10,- Euro per day can be booked in addition upon arrival.
