Laguna Salada de la Mata and Torrevieja to the Mediterranean. Living room with
Sofa bed (140 x200 m), satellite TV, fitted kitchen. Bathroom with shower / tub. Inverter

Clean but very tired, needs updating. Kitchen located in the small lounge with table and chairs. No room to move. Many stairs to apartment and even more to solarium which needed a good paint. Ok to dry washing. ,

Apart great enough for 2 very light pool and grounds excellent.

Not happy that we were charged €240 on arrival for electric and water this did not appear on web site and final invoice stated final payment which included all services and charges. This is incorrect. Key holder said that they had problems with this being on web site last year with lots of arguments but had been rectified. Obviously not. We booked through an English web site which stated satellite TV which we had but was 400 German channels with only 1 in English which was sky news if we only were staying 1 week may have been fine but 8 weeks was extremely hard. Did speak to key holder who just said she did not know how many were in English not very helpful. This should all have been stated on the web it is misleading. Therefore we are looking for some compensation especially as we had not budgeted for initial 240.00 payment which left us with less money for day to day expenses. Nothing wrong with with the apartment and probably have still booked if we knew about additional charge but we would not have booked if we knew we did not have any English speaking tv channels. I look forward to your comments. I will be in contact when I return to the UK.

ESTANCIA EN AGOSTO

Todo estuvo muy bien. El anuncio refleja bastante bien la realidad. En la casa hay de todo lo necesario y todo esta bastante limpio. Perfecto para alojarse una pareja con niños. La piscina y el jardín también está muy bien y es muy tranquilo. Hay que tener en cuenta la zona en la que está por lo que se hace necesario usar el coche. La experiencia en general perfecta y fuimos muy bien atendidos por Daniela.
