Wake up to stunning, panoramic mountain views through every window. Take a deep, relaxing breath and begin and end each day on your private, sun-kissed balcony with the sight of the sunbeams hitting the 25 mountain peaks all around you, including Three Sisters, Lawrence Grassi, Ha Ling and Rundle Range.

After an exhilarating rain shower or relaxing bath in the oversized soaker tub, you’ll think you’re in a spa when you wrap one of the thick luxury bath towels around you.

Your mountain paradise is ready for you to explore. Just a short walk from the Canmore Trail System and the Bow River, you are minutes from one of cleanest rivers in the world. Enjoy the downstairs float therapy spa, yoga studio, river rafting and dog sledding services located right in the building.

The Canmore Nordic Centre is a short drive or 20 minute walk and offers hiking and mountain biking in the summer and cross-country skiing and snowshoeing in the winter. Grassi Lakes is a spectacular hike for any age and stage. The Banff National Park gate is only 5 minutes away.

NOTE: Our condo is a convenient, central location close to everything with panoramic mountain views. We constantly receive very positive feedback on the location of this property. You are literally a short walk to restaurants, art galleries, the Bow River, the list goes on! Many people leave their vehicle parked their entire stay. Being downtown also brings some street noise, both from vehicles and people. If you're light sleepers, we suggest running the bedroom floor fan on low for light ambient white noise. This was our second stay at Nadine and Derek's property and once again they were fantastic to deal with and their place is just what we were after. Nadine and Derek could not have been more helpful and easy to deal with which was fantastic. Their condo is in a great location and well stocked with everything you could need. It really felt that you were staying in a home rather than just a let property. The secure underground parking was really useful for those winter early starts. As a surprise for us they put in a Christmas tree for us, which made it so magical for our young girls over the Christmas break. We booked straight up again for another stay whilst we were there says lots about the whole trip. Thanks again Nadine and Derek.

Fabulous- highly recommended.
We loved our stay at this luxurious condo in Canmore town centre. It was beautifully furnished, immaculately clean, extremely comfortable and fully equipped with many thoughtful touches. The views of the surrounding mountains are fabulous. Private parking is available underground. The property is in a great location within a couple of minutes walk of numerous shops and restaurants. We really appreciated the personal attention shown to us by Nadine and the helpful suggestions for trips and hikes.
