The minimum stay is 7 nights in the main season.
During the high season the change is only possible on Saturdays. No change is possible on Sundays.

The rental price is for a maximum of 5 people.

In the Netherlands, the cleaning fee (70,00 €) and the dog package (40,00 € per dog) have to be paid locally at Vacantieburo Julianadorp,
- The cleaning fee and the package per dog are not included in the total rental price in the Netherlands !!

Dogs are allowed only in the fenced large garden and on the ground floor.

Internet is available via W-Lan free of charge.

There are two free parking spaces on the property as well as a bicycle shed.

Schmutzig und Reparaturbedürftig

Es hingen überall Zettel wie man mit den kaputten Gegenständen umzugehen hat. Zum Beispiel: Bei Regen das Rollo herunterfahren, da es sonst rein regnet. Oder : Terrassentüre benutzen, da die Haustüre nicht zu öffnen ist. Durch die Fenster zieht es stark. Der Boden klebt, als wäre er seit Wochen nicht gewischt worden, damit ist er allerdings noch sauberer als die Küchenschränke, oder die speckigen Sofas. Das ist alles bei dem Preis der dort gefordert wird schon ziemlich frech, dabei wäre das Haus mit etwas Pflege gar nicht schlecht.

Das Haus war soweit ok. Die Treppe nach oben ist sehr sehr steil. Im Obergeschoss ist es sehr warm. Fenster konnte man nachts noch offen lassen (Mücken)hier fehlen Fliegengitter im Haus.Querlüften war nicht möglich da an einer Seite Fenster verschlossen. Dunstabzug Haube bedarf dringend der Reinigung! Hauseingang Tür lies sich nicht öffnen. Rasen wurde gemäht und blieb liegen!!!!!

Super Urlaub in einem gut eingerichtetem Ferienhaus mit schönem Garten

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit komplett eingezäuntem Garten. Alles so wie die Beschreibung versprach. Kurzer Weg zum Strand. Ein gelungener Urlaub. Kommen gerne wieder!

Was soll ich hier schreiben? Das betteln nach Bewertungen geht einen auf den Geist. Ich habe Urlaub gebucht wenn etwas nicht gut war hätte ich mich vor Ort gemeldet, und fange nicht hinterher an zu meckern. Urlaub gebucht - Urlaub gemacht - fertig.
