About this property

New Mickey Mouse pool, New carpet, LG High Ice capacity French door refrigerator, and Maytag high capacity washer/dryer set just installed. The perfect place to relax while the kids explore the magic of Castle Disney. The awesome Princess, Pirate, and Superhero kids' rooms, as well as our air-conditioned game room will be sure to thrill kids of all ages. The Game room's stand up full size arcade which features 75 different games, along with a full size pool table, air hockey table, foosball table, Step2 Kitchen, dollhouse, PlayStation 3 and 2, make this the perfect area to entertain. All the adult bedrooms are appointed with top-of-the line mattresses and bedding. There are 9 TV's in the home including the big screen in the family room.
There is a screened-in patio with a, Dining Table, Lounge Chairs, and a Pool with a Hot Tub(Spa). The pool also has a privacy hedge. Pool/Hot Tub heat can be provided at $50 for your stay.
We also have several strollers, 3 pack-n-play, a crib, a High-Chair, and a booster seat.

Disney House exceeded expectations

This is a beautiful, clean house with three decorated rooms for children, just as shown in the listing. It had all the amenities we needed. We were there with four adults and three kids (ages 6 and 7). The kids loved the game room so much, it was hard to get them away to go to Disney World! It was quite spectacular and a wonderful oasis for them to play and have fun. We also enjoyed the outdoor space and grill. There’s plenty of space for large groups! We had a concern for the property manager, which was quickly resolved. Communication was timely and responsive. This made our time here even better! We highly recommend this property!

Simply amazing!

I'm not usually one for reviews, but this place was brilliant. The host could not have done any more to help us. Communication, was first class. The villa was in the best location to get us anywhere we wanted to go. It was clean, quiet, spacious, and if I'm being honest the pictures don't really do it justice. Every extra we could have wanted was there and thought about. The pool and hot tub was great for relaxing after long days in the parks. Any questions we had were quickly answered and the whole process was made easy from start to finish. If we go to Orlando again as a group, we would absolutely look to stay here again! It's a wonderful villa and it helped us to have a magical holiday and make some great memories!

Enjoyable

Very spacious and accommodating. Had everything we needed with excellent facilities for kids and the pool was amazing. Plenty of places to sit and to eat at. Lovely big fridge, freezer and pantry. Location was amazing being between a huge Walmart and Publix and just off the 192 with all its restaurants. Great to be on a gated community which is immaculate and so clean. Several playgrounds around for the children. The villa is slightly dated and could do with being upgraded, i.e. stools were a little rickety and sealant around showers and sinks were a little mouldy, hob was cracked. Outside bin would not lock so racoons ransacked the rubbish if you put it out the night before. The cleaning could have been better - downstairs bathroom was not cleaned on arrival. There seemed to be some sharp tiles in the hot tub that the kids cut their feet on. However, overall the place was amazing and I would recommend to anyone and if we come back to Orlando, I would not hesitate to rebook here. Communication with the owner was excellent and came back to us quickly if we had any questions.

Nice house- good location - a few improvements needed to make it fantastic

Lovely big house at a great location not far from all Disney parks. Had a few problems with the pool though as when we arrived it was green, Dirty and not heated- someone came out next day and made it good but had to put a bucket load of chemicals in it, so we couldn’t use it for 2 days in total!! Also, no BBQ on site although, included in booking. Owner’s were quick to sort out problems and apologetic but would have been nice to get a little gesture to compensate for the days lost!! Our daughter loved the bedrooms & playroom but would suggest darker window shades in princess room, as it got light very early in that room!!!! Unfortunately, due to having a cream carpet upstairs it was very stained and therefore looked very dirty! Also, the loungers and small tables out by the pool were uncomfortable and rusty & a couple were broken so new ones needed really. Even so we had a lovely time- we enjoyed the on-site water park. We would still recommend this property, as overall a nice big place and we all had a good time. Thanks The Smith family

Home from home

This is a fabulous villa with everything you could ever wish for, we took 3 children, ages 7, 5 and 4 months and the villa was fully equipt to entertain them. It is situated minutes from a shopping area and 10 minutes from Disney, it only took us an hour and ten minutes to get to bush gardens. I would definitely recommend this villa, the only negative I would say is that there wasn't a welcome pack and an information folder, but it didn't spoil our stay.

What makes this property unique

Many properties have games rooms with pool tables and air hockey, but ours also has the full size 75 game stand-up arcade along with tons of stuff for the little kids. These include a doll house, princess dresses and superhero costumes and tons of fun toys for infants on up. We haven't seen many other houses that really have fun stuff to keep the little ones busy while the adults recover from a day at the parks.
We also wanted a place that was much nicer then ours at home, so we went all out with a professional decorator who insisted on very high end furnishings and Disney themed rooms and a fully equipped games room. She even insisted that we re-engineer the Air Conditioning and provide additional insulation so that the game room would be nice and cool.
