Our home is Centrally located and surrounded by some of the best restaurants and bars in Los Angeles. This rare Gem is literally a bike ride from the sand (1 mile) and a short distance to The Famous Venice Beach (2 mile bike ride) , Playa Vista, Santa Monica, Marina Del Rey, El Segundo, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Disneyland, Magic Mountain, Universal Studios, Hollywood, Santa Monica Pier, Lego Land, Staples Center and many other famous Southern California attractions. 3+3 4 beds Sleeps 6-8 comfortably . Pool can be heated in the winter upon request for a small daily charge and private jacuzzi (no charge) that's a touch of a button away!!!! It's a comfy home that oozes tranquility and relaxation in the BIG CITY BIG BEACH LIFE. Due to Covid19 we thouroughly clean as always but we will now sanitize all surfaces after every check out. Spa heat is included in pricing. Pool can be heated for an additional charge ask host about cost.

Amazing home in LA

We stayed in the Tanya’s home with family, kids had a blast in the swimming pool and spa. Location is great close to airport and the beach. Tanya is a great host extremely helpful and responsive. We enjoyed the time.

Spring Break Trip

Pros: House was stocked and clean as advertised, washer and dryer on site were great for cleaning towels as needed. The pool was not clean or heated until the pool guy came on Tuesday (it was not a big deal because we didn’t have time to use it until Tuesday) and it was perfect after he came! The house is centrally located to everything we did- Venice beach, Hollywood visit, Dodgers game, Disney-and it is in a great neighborhood! Small Cons: We did notice the house had a smell to it so we bought Febreze and left it there for the next tenants. Overall a great trip! Host was amazing and I know Tanya would have responded quickly if we had complained about anything (pool or smell) but I didn’t bother with the small stuff that we could fix.

A great getaway to LA!

Tanya provided a nice house for our little getaway! The house is a bit on the older side, but some nice updates and upgrades gives all the needed comforts. New appliances in Kitchen - new primary bathroom - new floors throughout. Having 3 bathrooms was really nice , especially since jack n jill was small. Communication with Tanya was easy - and she was quick to respond to questions!

Fun House, Good Location

The house was just as advertised! Clean, well stocked, charming property in a good neighborhood. Close to the rental car facility and beach also. Tanya was such a responsive host, I appreciated her clear communication

Its next to all the major beaches and Hollywood and Disneyland and LAX so no leaving 2 hours before your plane leaves. You are a 5 min drive away and dont worry about the airplane noise ive never had a complaint.
