The village of Saint-Laurent de la mer (Commune de Plérin) is located directly on the coast (Baie de Saint-Brieuc). Its central location allows day trips to famous places such as L'Ile de Bréhat and the Pink Sea coast to Perros Guirec, via the breathtaking coastal road to 'Le Cap Fréhel', 'Le Fort Lalatte', to the Amber Coast from Dinard to Saint-Malo, u. v.m., the list is long. In the village awaits you - in a very quiet street - a perfectly furnished holiday home for up to 8 people with 5 bedrooms, a large living room and lounge with flat screen TV via Astra decoder and a super fast Internet connection, and a fully equipped kitchen. The plot (1200 sqm) is equipped with garden furniture, a barbecue and a swing. It is only a few minutes walk to the two beaches. A small waterfront winds its way down to the harbor, and on this path you have a wonderful view of the English Channel and the unique bay with harbor entrance of Saint-Brieuc.
The location of our house offers the advantage of a quiet and tranquil country and beach holiday - in a few minutes you are in the center of a vibrant regional capital with all its restaurants, cafes, discos and attractions that are offered in abundance, especially in the season. In the village center (10 mn on foot) you will find everything for daily use.
The house is well suited for families as well as for individualists. Ideal for hiking are the customs routes. The famous GR34 through the street in front of the house has some sporting aspects. For example, the 18 km of cliffs and forest trails from Saint-Laurent to Binic are a real challenge.

Fabulous property in a great location

Property was very clean and well equipped. The owners lived at the back of the property and were very helpful and pleasant. We had a couple of aperitifs in the garden with them . The garden is large and has swings for young children. Would highly recommend.

Schöne Tage in der Bretagne

Ein älteres, aber höchst charmantes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit schönem Garten und kurzem Weg zum Strand. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Der Ort eignet sich auch sehr gut für verschiedenste Ausflüge an der Küste und auch im Landesinneren. Der Vermieter war ebenfalls sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Nous avons fait le choix parfait

Nous sommes une famille de 4 personnes. Nous avons séjourné dans la maison avec nos deux filles âgées de 16 et 18 ans. Nous n'avons aucun regret d'avoir réservé cette maison. L'emplacement est calme et les commerces nécessaires sont à moins de 10 minutes à pied et ouverts aux horaires convenables (pharmacie, boulangerie, Spar, boucherie...). Nous recommandons ce choix à une famille à la recherche de vacances reposantes, simples et fonctionnelles. Nous avons particulièrement aimé marcher jusqu'à la plage chaque soir. C'est toujours différent, selon la marée - un vrai bonheur. Franz-Josef était aussi le propriétaire modèle. La maison avait toutes les installations dont nous avions besoin. Merci!

Maison de Plerin`

The house is everything the pictures show and was adequate for our family's purposes. The host is attentive, friendly and quick to respond to any needs that came up. La maison est exactement ce qu'on voit dans les photos et etait suffisante pour les besoins de notre familles. L'hote est tres attentif, gentil et vite à aider quand il y a des choses qui ont besoin d'attention. The kitchen is well equipped with all sorts of place settings and tools for cooking. The dining room table is large and can seat a lot people. One note is that the living room is not and only seats four people comfortably. La cuisine est bien equipée et contient beaucoup de couvert et d'outils pour la cuisson. La table dans la salle à manger est grande et peut servir pas mal de personnes. Par contre, le salon ne l'est pas et ne peut tenir que quatre personnes confortablement. The house is situated close to the water and the views from the upstairs windows are incredible. We stayed for the month of June and the neighborhood was quiet. There is a commercial district within a ten minute walk that has a boulangerie, a small grocery store. E. LeClerc is a short drive, as well. La maison est située près de la plage et les vues de l'etage sont incroyables! Nous sommes restés le mois de juin et le quartier est tres calme. Il y a, aussi, une zone commerciale avec une boulangerie, une charcuterie et une epicerie pas loin (10 min à pied). En plus, E. LeClerc n'est pas loin.
