Im ganzen sehr angenehme Aufenthalt.Sauber, alles was man braucht ist da, nette Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.Uns fehlte nichts. Bis zum nächsten Strand(Kies) sehr steiler Weg, ca. 15 min. zu Fuß, zurück braucht man 25-30 min. Das Wasser war sehr frisch (vielleicht im Juli -August wird es wärmer).Für die Familien mit kleinen Kindern wir es sehr schwierig den Weg zum Strand zu schaffen (außer sie fahren immer mit dem Auto). Bis zum nächsten Sandstrand, in Omis, sind 15 Minuten mit dem Auto.Strand ist sauber und flachabfallend, 10 € Liege, 10 € Schirm. Hier war das Wasser schon wärmer, Kinder könnten schwimmen.Bis zum nächsten großen Geschafft (Lidl, Kaufland) sind 25 Minuten mit dem Auto. Vor Ort gibt es kleinen Geschäft, das nötigste kann man dort kaufen(leckerste Brot der Welt). Ein kleines Restaurant, 5 Minuten mit dem Auto, ist sehr empfehlenswert. Gegrillte Fisch und Rindsuppe ist ein muss.

TOP Urlaub

Wir waren ab dem 28.08.2014 hier im Sommerurlaub. Wir waren und sind voll begeistert. Alles was in der Beschreibung steht, ist auch voll eingetroffen. Die Wohnung ist super sauber gewesen und sehr schön eingerichtet. Alles was man zu leben braucht ist vor Ort. Die Wohnungsverwaltung ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Bei der geringsten Kleinigkeit wurde und sofort geholfen. Die Landschaft und die Strände sind einfach nur klasse. Danke für diesen tollen Urlaub, wir wollen im nächsten Jahr sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Mimice ein Traum in Kroatien

Ein sehr schön gelegenes Ferienhaus; große Wohnungen; viel Platz; Top ausgestattet, in jedem Schlafzimmer ein Fernseher, in jedem Raum Klimaanlage; sehr ruhige Straße aber auch sehr abgelegen, ohne Abholung durch den Vermieter nicht zu finden, teilweise abenteuerliche Straßen, steil, eng, kurvig und schlechter Belag; aber die Aussicht vom Balkon der Wohnung entschädigt jede Mühe; unzählige tolle Strände im Umkreis von 5 Autominuten, auch zu Fuß ca. 5 Min. teilweise sehr Steil aber gehbar. Leider ist der Weg zurück beschwerlich aber machbar. Ein paar kritische Anmerkungen sind aber doch zu machen. Das Poolbild auf dieser Seite ist nicht das richtige!! Diesen Pool gibt es dort nicht; Warum dieses Bild?? hat die Anlage nicht nötig. Pool ist OK, sauber erfrischend und mit sechs Liegen ausgestattet. Bei voller Belegung könnte es etwas eng werden. Bei den Elektrogeräten sind wir in Deutschland etwas verwöhnt, Kühlschrank quält sich stetig, aber alles wird Kühl. In unserer Wohnung funktionierten nicht alle Elektroherdplatten. Waschmaschine konnte nicht schleudern, alles noch sehr nass. Großes Plus, der Vermieter ist immer unauffällig zur Stelle und hat ein offenes Ohr. Kümmert sich um alle Probleme. Sehr gute und günstige Restaurants in der Nähe. Omis ist auch schnell zu erreichen ca. 8 KM und ein sehr schönes Städtchen mit Nachtleben. Ein kleiner Wehrmutstropfen für Urlauber mit Hund, Idealer Standort mit Hund, jede Menge möglichkeiten zum Auslauf, leider machten wir am Strand des öffteren schlechte Erfahrung mit Einheimischen, diese wollten nicht in ein Wasser in dem ein Hund schwimmt ?? !! Deshalb sollte man mit Hund einen Strand etwas außerhalb suchen. Fazit: Super Aussicht, tolle Wohnung, super Strände .....

Tolle Wohnung und herrlicher Meerblick

Alle Angaben im Inserat waren auch genau so anzutreffen. Der Vermieter hatte ganz neu "eröffnet". (1.Saison) Das gesamte Ferienhaus war einfach super, alles war sehr gepflegt und neu. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber!! und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Vermieter war unheimlich nett und zuvorkommend, wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und er war stets zur Stelle, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Für unserer Kinder war es ein Traum, sie fühlten sich sehr wohl und dem Vermieter lag das Wohl der Kinder am Herzen.Der Swimmingpool ist zwar klein, doch für Kinder und zum Erfrischen ausreichend. Es gibt 6 Liegen am Pool, die alle beschattet sind. Dies könnte bei voller Belegung des Hauses eng werden. Bei uns waren nicht alle Wohnungen belegt, so das wir nie ein Platzproblem hatten. Die Wohnung lag nur 10 Minuten Fußweg vom Meer entfernt, allerdings liegt sie am Hang, so das man erst bergab gehen muß und dann natürlich das ganze wieder hoch. Wir fanden aber das dies kein Problem ist - auch den Kindern machte dies nichts aus. Der Strand ist sehr sauber und gepflegt (Kiesstrand) ab den frühen Nachmittag gibt es auch genug Schattenplätze. Die Umgebung der Ferienwohnung bietet sich zum wandern und baden an. Es gibt sehr viel Strände in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wanderwege sind jedoch ohne Karte oftmals schwer zu finden. Insgesamt können wir dieses Domizil mit sehr gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen, vor allem auch mit Kindern. Unsere 3 waren jedenfalls begeistert
