Fonda 3 is an excellent, built a few years ago Villa with lots of natural light and modern furnishings. The ground floor is the bright living area with sliding glass doors overlooking the pleasantly landscaped garden with pool. The L-shaped kitchen is connected to the dining area. Access to the covered terrace. Also located on the ground floor two bedroom with two single beds, one with en-suite shower room, the other with separate shower room. On the upper floor is the master bedroom with a king size bed and full bath en-suite, and access to a handsome terrace overlooking the sea. Another sunny bedroom with two single beds, a small terrace and en-suite shower room.

Air conditioning with fixed operating time (13:00 - 15:00 h 21:00 - 08: 00h).

The garden and pool area are ideal for relaxation. The pool (11 x 5 m, depth 1.20 to 1.90 m) is framed with a sun terrace with sun loungers. Lawns invite you to play or provide space to sit and relax and forget everyday life. On the covered terrace enjoyable outdoor dining can take. An outdoor barbecue is available for this course.

Fusty, dusty and lots of problems!

We had a very disapponting stay here. The villa itself is quite nice and modern, but some of the furnishings are scruffy and we had many many problems during our stay. We had power cuts, no water, no hot water, a broken DVD player, a bedroom door jam shut, not enough blankets (and the ones we had were grubby looking) limited heating, a leaking shower head, a smoke alarm with no battery, and the villa was very dusty and smelled damp. We called the villa maintenance team almost every day to try and resolved these issues which does not equate to a relaxing holiday. We were unfortunate with the weather during our stay but I think the villa is in need of a lot of maintenance and a good clean!

Tolle Villa in guter Lage

Wir haben uns in der Villa sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie bietet wirklich genug Platz für acht Personen und auch der Aussenbereich ist groß genug um den Pool oder ein Sonmenbad zu genießen. Auch die Lage der Villa ist sehr gut. Ruhig, aber trotzdem ist man zu Fuß in weinigen Minuten am Strand oder in den naheliegenden Geschäften und Restaurants. Alles Notwendige ist in der Nähe, aber ein Auto ist nicht schlecht , wenn man z.B. einen Ausflug zur Cala Mondrago machen möchten. Die Betreuung vor Ort ist auch sehr gut. Bei einem kleinen Problem haben wir eine kurze Mail geschickt und der Service war umgehend da. Vielen Dank! Wir kommen gerne wieder : -)
