Incredible view, private pool, deep water dock, sun deck at boat dock, private gate, Movie Room, DVD Players, WiFi, 4 Cable boxes, Bluetooth Stereo with speakers inside, on deck and around pool, outdoor games kayak’s & corn hole, pool volleyball, pool basketball, boat launch just down the street, 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms; main level has King Master with private bath, family room, kitchen with granite and stainless appliances, laundry room. Upper level had two spacious Queen bedrooms with a shared bath. Lower level has two bedrooms (one King and one Queen) sharing private bath, mini kitchen with frig, bar, game / tv room for the kids to get away. Outside a huge covered porch to enjoy your coffee, breakfast and incredible views, bbq grill, outdoor games, etc.

We can HEAT Pool for an incremental fee depending on length of stay and time of year. Pool closed Nov 1-Apr 15 unless we agree on different dates.

The view, privacy of the lot, pool, patio, spacious gathering areas for adults and Children with plenty of beds for all. There is a TV in every room with DVD player, 4 TV's have cable boxes. Please do not change the wiring of any TV.

Minimum age to book is 30yrs old. Major Summer Holidays require 7 day booking.

Other amenities include private pool, large exterior dock for boats and swimming, Weber gas grill, fully stocked kitchen. Stillwaters Golf Course 10 minutes, 28.1 miles to Auburn University.
GREAT Dining options: By sunset and live music outside at Chuck's Restaurant, Springhouse at Crossroads (spoil your family it is 5 Star and they pick you up at dock), Kowaliga Rest. 10 min from Niffer's (live Music in Summer), Oskar's Restaurant's and Judy's Stagecoach.
Pool can be heated for an incremental fee upon request. Pool will be closed for winterization Nov Nov1- April 15 unless mutually agreed to open.

Property has exterior security camera monitoring system, for driveway, side yard and dock, there are none on interior or focus on the pool.

Great Stay at Beautiful Lake Martin

The property was as advertised and an excellent choice. Its location on the shores of Lake Martin provided a beautiful scenic view best enjoyed by the spacious main floor porch. The pool was clean and well maintained and the boat dock and slip was in great shape and instrumental for enjoying the water and using our boat. Chris, as the owner, was a wealth of information and very helpful in orienting us to the property and surrounding sites. The house was spacious with plenty of room for parking to include two covered spaces under a carport. Strongly recommend this property if you're looking for a beautiful and relaxing time on one of Alabama's best lakes.

Late Season Treat

We had 3 generations come and stay late September for a week at Lake Martin, and this house fit our 6 adults and 2 kids with room to spare. We really enjoyed the pool, private dock and outdoor seating on both levels. The house was well-equipped and we will be back!

Great weekend with friends

The house was amazing. It was clean and very well stocked. We cooked out all weekend and stayed in the pool most days. We rented a pontoon boat from Anchor Bay marina which was super easy . The only suggestion we would have would be a stronger WiFi signal for the outside tv. We will definitely be back
