The house is located close to the center of Wyk - right in the middle and still quiet. Beach / promenade is in about 400m, as well as shops for daily needs within walking distance. The house is surrounded by a small plot. On the ground floor there is a living room (with TV, DVD (Blu-ray) player, radio), dining hall (the table can be pulled out), bedroom (1 double bed) and bathroom. The modern kitchen is u. a. equipped with a dishwasher. There is a washing machine in the basement. In the attic there are 2 further bedrooms, each with 2 single beds.

Ruhige, zentrale Lage in Wyk auf Föhr

Das Ferienhaus liegt in ruhiger aber zentraler Lage und ist sehr gut ausgestattet und geräumig. Eine große Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheit, Markise und Sonnenliegen, Grill, Bollerwagen für den Strand, ein Gartenhäuschen zum Unterstellen für Fahrräder, Parkplatz (wenn man denn mit dem Auto anreist), Wasch- und Spülmaschine, ein gut gefülltes Bücherregal mit aktueller Literatur und ein großer Schrank mit Spielen - es ist für alles und für jedes Wetter gesorgt. Im gemütlich ausgebauten Dachgeschoss gäbe es außerdem noch vier weitere Betten, die wir zu zweit jedoch nicht benötigt haben. Das Ferienhaus in Wyk ist ein guter Ausgangsort für Ausflüge mit dem Rad oder an den Strand und Bücherei, Kino, Strandpromenade, Museum, Schwimmbad, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie sind fußläufig oder mit dem Rad gut erreichbar.

Ein tolles Haus mit allem, was man braucht und mitten im Zentrum

Das Haus von Herrn Ducat ist wie hier schon beschrieben wirklich top ausgestattet! Die Küche hat alles, was man zum Kochen und Backen braucht! Einfach klasse! Auch die Terrasse außen war wunderbar ausgestattet-es gibt auch zwei Liegen! Die Dachbodentreppe war für uns kein Problem und die Zimmer oben sind sehr gemütlich! Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt-auch die Lage ist perfekt! Die Kommunikation und Check-in waren super und alles einfach zu finden! Bis hoffentlich zum nächsten Jahr!

Gemütliches kleines Ferienhaus in guter Lage.

Haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Badezimmer und die Küche sind neu und schick. Eine sehr schöne Terrasse. Der obere Schlafboden bietet 4 Schlafmöglichkeiten. Die Treppe allerdings ist sehr steil und nur für ältere Kinder, bzw. Jugendliche geeignet. Kommen gerne wieder.
