About this property

The apartment is located in the extension of our house with a separate entrance. On 56 sqm you have 1 bedroom with double bed, a large living / dining area with sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen allows for a good self catering. There is a small terrace and a covered seating area. The parking for your car is directly opposite our property. Our apartment offers you as a vacationer a variety of excursions and recreational opportunities and many activities, such as hiking on premium trails such as the Westerwaldsteig Bärenkopftour and Wiedweg, paragliding, microlights, guided mushroom walks, canoeing, Nordic Walking Park, Westerwaldsteig, Rheinsteig, guided hikes. Outdoor and indoor pool with sauna. The Rheinpark-Therme in Bad Hönningen, Christmas nativity village Waldbreitbach and much more.

Hiking trails and routes for bikers: The apartment offers an ideal base for hiking in the immediate vicinity, on the Wiedweg, the Klosterweg or on the 230 km long 'Westerwaldsteig'
We can assist you in choosing your hiking route and provide you with a trail map available.
The Westerwaldsteig flows near Bad Hönningen on the known distance footpath 'Rheinsteig'.
For Motarradfahrer very beautiful routes in Wiedtal, Westerwald and the Rhine and Mosel offer.
Also for the cyclist is provided with many bike paths.
Rossbach there is a Montainbikepacour and many nice trails for biking.
It is like the landlord about this.

Mushroom walks: As a certified mushroom expert, I offer (for a fee) will be happy to individual mushroom walks through the beautiful countryside of Rossbach and Wiedtal with its many small valleys our guests.
The yield of the hike you can later cook in your home and enjoy. Recipe and tips I give obviously like.
Ultra-light flying, paragliding: Our guests have the option of a very special holiday experience. You can book a flight on favorable terms with my microlight (trike) from the nearby airfield Eudenbach with me. During this experience the beautiful scenery of the Westerwald, the Eifel the Rhine and Moselle and the Wiedtal bird's-eye view.
Hang Gliding and Paragliding with training and personal equipment will receive an introduction to the different starting positions in Wiedtal.

Ruhe, Wohlbehagen, sehr nette Vermieter, schöne Gegend

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Alles war liebevoll für uns hergerichtet, sauber und vollständig. Jeden Morgen beim Frühstück einen herrlichen Ausblick zu genießen, - underbar. Wir empfehlen diese FW gerne weiter. Heinz und Petra aus Xanten

Sehr zu empfehlen

Es hat mir in Roßbach und insbesondere in dieser Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Das beste an der Wohnung sind der Panorama-Blick aus jedem (!) Fenster und das freundlich eingerichtete, geräumige Wohnzimmer; dort lassen sich auch ein paar Regentage überstehen. Die Küche ist aber auch sehr gut ausgestattet (man könnte sogar Kuchen backen). Man hat Zugang zu vielen schönen Wanderwegen und auch Radwegen für jeden Grad der Sportlichkeit direkt vom Haus aus, kann also gut auch ohne Auto auskommen (nur die nächsten Supermärkte sind ca. 5-8km weit weg). Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Fazit: diese Wohnung empfehle ich wärmstens weiter.

Absolut wundervoll!

Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen! Wir haben jeden Tag sehr genossen. Tagsüber waren wir in Roßbach und Umgebung gut unterwegs und abends haben wir in der Ferienwohnung wieder zur Ruhe und einen erholsamen Schlaf gefunden. Das ist vor allem der Gastfreundschaft der Familie Plag zu verdanken! Wir vermissen die Zeit jetzt schon! Vielen lieben Dank dafür!
