DormodaLady is simply beautiful!

Unique apartment renovated in 2023 with two bedrooms and two bathrooms at historical Via Rasella in the Trevi district, Central Rome. It is literally 2 minutes to the spectacular Trevi Fountain, and even closer to Bernini’s Fountain of the Triton at Piazza Barberini, also a very good place for metro and bus connections (300 meters), along with a supermarket (30 meters) coffee bars, restaurants, and more.

Recently the apartment has been totally renovated, so that it meets the state-of-the-art requirements for vacation rental, thus combining the interior's modern minimalism with the housing architecture of the historic center of Rome.

The two double bedrooms are placed on one side of the apartment, the living room being in between them, and the two bathrooms are close to one another on the opposite side.

A mirrored corridor leads to one double bedroom, with a wardrobe and a safe, then to the fully-equipped kitchen, which includes microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso Coffee Maker, on the passageway to the dining table and sofa, conveniently placed in front of TV.

Also including a wardrobe, another double bedroom overlooks, as well as the living room, the street from where you gain access to the building, Via Rasella, indeed an important street of Rome for Italian resistance during World War II.

On the opposite side of the apartment are the two bathrooms, one overlooking the back street and including a double shower; the other bathroom has a shower, too.

By walking down the main street you go to the Trevi Fountain, or up to the Four Fountains and Barberini, though many other attractions are really easy to reach from the apartment including, from the closest to farthest: the National Gallery of Ancient Art, the Presidential Palace and Gardens, the Spanish Steps.

White being dominant in its interior, the apartment will get you some rest when you return from visiting the multicolored Rome.

The living room and bedrooms have air conditioning, and wi-fi internet is free for the guest.

Great place to stay in the heart of Rome.

We stayed for the weekend at Emanuele’s appartment in the centre of Rome and it was fantastic. We would certainly stay again on our next visit. The appartment was clean, quiet, with beautiful modern design. Situated in the centre of Rome, just next to the Trevi Fountain and easy walking to other places. Security is first class. Thank you for a fantastic stay before our journey home.

Amazing home

The apartment is truly wonderful, clean and impeccable!! We loved the style, including the contrast between wooden beams on the roof and the white of walls and furniture. It's in the middle of the most beautiful Rome, between the Spanish steps, Trevi Fountain, and via Condotti. Emanuele and Giorgia were at our disposal (we did appreciate prosecco wine and extravirgin olive oil as welcome gift!) and suggested excellent restaurants and place worth to visit. We hope to be back to Rome soon and stay again at Dormodalady!

Get location - super noisy in the night

Just a great location but extremely noisy at night. Street noise even with ear plugs was very disruptive.

Rome stay

Overall somewhat disappointing stay. Great location, responsive owner but not worth the price. Apartment had a definite odor that required us to keep windows open. The beds and sheets had stains on them when we arrived. Heater was inconsistent throughout the stay. Not the fault of the owner but the upstairs apartment was incredibly loud throughout the night making it hard to sleep.

Could be improved

If you want a quiet street I would not recommend. It was noisy well up to 3:00 every night. We were there 4 nights. Location is good for access to several areas. Market less than a block away. Home to Rome did a poor job of making us feel welcome. Although we were sitting outside the address early checkin by 2 hours was not accommodated. Misinformation posted in apartment Regarding keys. Would not rebook next time.
