Komfortable Ferienwohnung mit Traumblick

Die Appartmentanlage ist außerhalb am Abhang gebaut. Daher ist ein Auto dringend empfehlenswert. Wenn man einmal in der Wohnung ist, bekommt man nicht mehr mit, wie groß die Anlage ist, im Gegenteil. Sie ist sehr ruhig und bietet einen traumhaften Blick über die grüne Nordseite samt Teide. Bei klarer Sicht kann man sogar La Palma sehen. Der Balkon ist überdacht, sodass man selbst bei Regen noch trocken draußen sitzen kann. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, auch was die Küche angeht. Wir haben auch mal selber gekocht. Falls wir nochmal nach Teneriffa reisen, würden wir die Wohnung sofort wieder buchen.

Perfekt ausgestattetes Appartement

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sehr gepflegten "Tiefhaus" ;-) , dessen 10. Stock nicht wie in einem Hochhaus oben ist, sondern im untersten des an die Steilküste gebauten Gebäudes. Man geht also oben rein und fährt mit dem Aufzug nach unten. Es war sehr ruhig, man hörte nur die Brandung; die wenigen Bewohner, die wir antrafen, waren sehr freundlich. Pascal war für Fragen immer erreichbar und hat es ermöglicht, dass wir schon etwas früher als vorgesehen in die Wohnung konnten. Danke! Die Ausstattung war perfekt (Küche mit Spülmaschine), sodass wir uns bequem selber kochen konnten. Das war ganz praktisch, da wegen der Nebensaison viele Lokale geschlossen hatten. Die Lebensmittel holten wir im nur wenige Kilometer entfernten Lidl. Man konnte deutsches Fernsehen empfangen, und da es keine Roaminggebühren mehr gibt, war das fehlende Internet auch kein Problem. Auf dem nach Westen (Sonnenuntergang!) ausgerichteten und sehr großen Balkon hat man freien Blick über den Ozean und die Küste entlang.

Herrliche Unterkunft

Wir waren eine Woche in dieser wundervollen Unterkunft. Die Buchung lief problemlos und der Vermieter stand immer für Rückfragen bereit. Dafür ein dickes Lob. Als wir das erste Mal die Wohnung betreten haben, hat es uns fast vom Hocker gehauen! Die Aussicht ist überwältigend und die Sonnenuntergänge kann man wunderbar von der riesigen Terasse aus beobachten. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen, und wenn es das nächste Mal nach Teneriffa geht werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder diese Wohnung versuchen zu mieten.

Fast perfekt

Die Ferienwohnung hat einen Ausblick, der nicht mit Geld zu bezahlen ist. Der Preis für Küstenlage mit Fernsicht bis Teide und weit hinter Puerto de la Cruz besteht allerdings darin, dass man bereit sein muss, für jeden Einkauf und jeden Restaurantbesuch mindestens 2 km nach La Matanza oder sonstwo hin mit dem Auto zu fahren. Ein Auto ist zwingend notwendig, denn die Straßen sind steil, Fußwege selten und die nächste Bushaltestelle 15-20 min. entfernt. Der ehemals im Haus ansässige kleine Supermarkt ist laut Aussage der Bedienung in FERDIs Bar, ebenfalls im Haus liegend, seit längerem nicht mehr existent. Die kleine Kneipe des Hamburger Wirts ist nett, wurde aber während unseres Urlaubs nur von wenigen Personen besucht. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestatt und bietet alles für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Für den Anschluss eines MP3-Players an die kleine Musikanlage sollte man ein entsprechendes einpoliges Kabel mitbringen. Ansonsten ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht - so ein Kabel ist da schon jammern auf hohem Niveau. Anders liegt die Sache beim Pool: wegen technischer Probleme war die Poolanlage an 11 von 21 Tagen nicht nutzbar. Laut Vermieter sei dies bisher aber noch nie vorgekommen. Als architektonisch schöne und gepflegte Alternative bietet sich für solche Fälle das Martianez Meerwasserschwimmbad in Pueto d. l. Cruz an. Eintritt 2 Erw. 11 € + Sonnenschirm 2,50 €. Die Vermietung selber verlief einfach und unkompliziert. Der Vermieter reagierte auf alle Anfragen zeitnah und kundenorientiert. Juli 2015
