About this property

1 bedroom with queen bed with full bath, in the living room two pull out sofas and full bath. Another full bath near living room.Kitchen is furnished, cleaning will include linens , towels and washcloths. Sliding door goes onto the balcony that has furniture you can enjoy the view of the beach and sunsets. Staying @ our unit includes using indoor and outdoor hotubs and pools, in the winter the indoor pool is heated. Has a gift shop and bar on the lower level. Unit is on the 1st floor so no steps to climb, parking is right outside the unit. Also restaurant on the bottom level. Plenty of other restaurants around and grocery stores are BI-LO and Kroger are close. About 1/4 mile to the garden city Pier and Downtown. You can sit in the living room and have a beautiful view of the ocean and sand. Monthly rate $1200.00, Contact owner

Great little getaway place!

This was a last minute getaway trip for us from our home in NC to just relax after the holidays. This condo is prefectly sufficient for two people (more with two pull out couches but no privacy there). We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs and the little bar downstairs was a great little hangout in the later evenings when we needed it. Ms Atkins is a super nice host and very accommodating!

BEAUTIFUL PLACE AND VIEW

We had a BLAST staying at Leigh's place. There will definitely be future stays booked. Place was exactly as advertised and Leigh was very responsive to all questions and concerns.

Great experience

Overall we had a great experience in our weekend away! The location was amazing right in the beach overlooking the water. First floor so easy access from the parking garage which had plenty of spaces to ensure you're close and your car is safe. The resort was nice with a indoor outdoor pool (it is all one pool!) And two hot tubs one inside and one out. A great deck outside the bar/restaurant to look out on the sand and sea. Minor notes would be there are no FOOD items stocked (seasonings etc) and we could not find trash bags. No issue with it just want to prepare others. Truly we had a great time the host is mostly responsive and is very helpful.
