The property is on a barrier island along Florida's east coast, about 3 miles north of Vero Beach, in one of the top rated, gated communities in the USA. Beautifully landscaped grounds. Centrally located at our property is a furnished tropical garden courtyard with a heated swimming pool. There are also 2 furnished oceanside decks to take in the sights, sounds and ocean air, situated directly atop the beach. There are miles of private beach to explore, with very little pedestrian traffic to deal with.

Paradise Found!
After vacationing for 17 years in the Vero Beach area we found paradise! A spacious studio in a wonderful location with a terrace on which to sit to enjoy the ocean view. A small but incredibly functional kitchen. All of this supported by a very responsive property manager, as well as the owner of the unit. And a wood-carved sea turtle mascot to keep us company!

Renter Beware
I must take some blame because there weren’t many pictures, which should’ve raised a red flag for me. The good parts were the overall property and the neighborhood. Disappointing parts were the dated furniture, the couch had an unpleasant odor, there weren’t nearly enough towels/washcloths, and two single beds were pushed together instead of having a queen or king sized one. Also, there was a halfway-used bar of soap in the bathroom which was frankly offensive. There is no way I would ever rent from this person again and I feel ripped off on the whole.

I was worried about the tiny kitchen and no oven, but the provided appliances and accessories were adequate for prepping meals!

Why they chose this property

A well maintained building and grounds. The ocean and beach are among the finest Florida has to offer! It is only a short drive to all the amenities of Vero Beach. Ther are factory outlets, great public golf courses, cinemas and numerous restaurants only minutes away. Always enjoyable to return to the quiet enjoyment our oceanfront property offers us.

What makes this property unique

The heated pool, ocean decks, garden courtyard and amazing beach are unique benefits.
Sea turtles nest in the dune grasses on our beach every year. You can hike for miles in either direction on the beach. You can sit out on the ocean deck and relax. I have beautiful views from my second floor, covered balcony looking north east up the ocean and coast.
