Your vacation home sits in a quiet mountain setting, just minutes from dozens of popular NC/NH spots. The two-story floor plan includes 4 bedrooms plus a 5th loft bedroom, which can comfortably accommodate 12 people. People have also used couches on the two lower levels for additional space. Enjoy a full kitchen, fireplace, hot tub, and large skylights, and a large basement with pool, ping pong table, TV, and arcade game.

This lovely home is located within the outer limits of White Mountain National Forest, and is just minutes away from dozens of popular attractions including Cranmore Mountain Resort, Settlers' Green Outlet Village, Kangamagus Highway, Kahuna Laguna water park, Conway Scenic Railroad, Cathedral Ledge, Saco River, Hale's Location Golf Course, and Mount Washington Observatory. Story Land, Santa's Village, and many other popular ski resorts, golf courses, and other attractions are just a short drive away as well!

Amenities include a full kitchen, fireplace, hot tub, pool table, and numerous large windows and skylights for easy viewing of the beautiful mountain surroundings. The house has cable and several TVs for viewing, and is also equipped with wireless internet service for your use. In addition to a large outdoor hot tub (cleaned and serviced regularly), please enjoy our spacious backyard, equipped with a large deck, gas grill, outdoor furniture, and fire pit. A washer and dryer are also available (free of charge) so you won't need to do a bunch of laundry after returning home from your vacation.

The neighborhood is wonderful... While you are just a few miles from countless activities, shops, and restaurants, the neighborhood is quiet. The streets are perfect for taking a peaceful bike ride or walk with loved ones.

College Friends getaway

Great property for a large group . We had 7 guys and had plenty room for playing cards , watching football , playing pool and ping pong in the basement game room . Could have slept a couple more comfortably . The Jacuzzi was a fantastic option for after skiing too . Bob was always quick to respond when we had questions , which were few and far between as this house is equipped with anything you might t need . Looking forward to coming back .

Perfectly imperfect

Finding a place for 10 of us with the right bed layouts and amenities is difficult every year. This was the perfect place! It's not a new build but that made it really comfortable, it was the perfect space for us. Hosts were easy to work with. Would definitely stay again.

Plenty of room set in a quiet neighborhood

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by woods. Overall, our stay was pleasant and there was plenty of room for the 8 of us. The check-in and check-out process was easy, the game room downstairs was a lot of fun, and the layout worked well for our group. The twin beds on the first floor were very uncomfortable and the linens (comforters, sheets and towels) could use some updating, as they were stained and smelled musty and old. With that said, the house is as described and we felt welcomed and comfortable in the space.

Great place for group shopping/relaxing weekend

Our group of 9 ladies found this house perfect for our shopping weekend. The house is super rental friendly. Light switches and cabinets/drawers labeled as to their function/contents. The large reflective "45" at the base of the driveway made finding the house so easy in the dark. The house had everything we needed and then some.
