Completely Renovated One Bedroom Apartment In The Heart Of Trastevere.
Charming and delightful flat located in the heart of Trastevere. Nestled on a cobblestone street just round the corner from Piazza di Santa Maria in Trastevere, a very lively area of town, this recently renovated apartment has old world character with new world conveniences including wood beam ceilings, exposed original stonework, WiFi Internet, A/C and more!
Living room with sofa bed and television featuring local channels. Fully functional kitchen with full-size fridge, and gas stove top. Master suite with oversized queen size bed and plenty of room for storage. New bathroom with walk-in shower!
The apartment has the essential basics for a comfortable stay including one shower towel and hand towel per guest as well as bed linens. Extra towels can be left in the apartment upon request and at an extra cost. An initial supply of toilet paper will also be left in the bathroom as well as hand dish-washing soap in the kitchen.
Upon arrival at the apartment, all guests are given a tour of the apartment as well as a description of how the household appliances work. Guests are provided with a tourist map and will be shown where the nearest places of interest and attractions are located with respect to this historical center vacation rental.

We were permitted to check-in early, which was great since we had just arrived to Italy that morning. We were warmly greeted and showed around the apartment. It was a great space! My only comment is that it is ground level you can hear every car go by on the cobblestone streets. I knew that going into it though so I was not unhappy about it.

Expectations Exceeded
This was our home base for our stay in Italy. The location was perfect with less than a five minutes walk to the Grocery, Laundry, Taxi, and Tram. There was also an amazing selection of dining options within a pleasant 5 minute stroll. The apartment was well equipped, clean, and we felt very safe. The check in and check out were simple. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Rome, and there will be many more as our daughter is moving to Rome.
Great location, clean and comfortable
We stayed in this apartment for a long weekend in April. It's in a very lively location with lots of bars and restaurants right on your doorstep.
All the historical sights are within walking distance.
The only drawback is the noise from passers by at night but that's to be expected given the location.
Overall I was very pleased.

La ubicación era estupenda. Nos vimos toda Roma andando.El apartamento esta a una calle del río y el barrio tenía un ambiente genial. Está todo nuevo, el mobiliario, el menaje, todo. Una estancia más que recomendable. Hay un carrefour express a unos 5 minutos andando y la zona está lleno de restaurantes.

Home in Rome is a proper service to meet all your needs. Trastavere is where the locals and tourists go. Trastavere is a centrally located. Highly recommend. Just a bit noisy in the evening.

Апартаменты уютные и расположены в прекрасном районе Трастевере. Очень удобно то, что рядом остановка наземного транспорта, от которой можно менее, чем за 10 минут, доехать и до площади Венеции (Палантин, Колизей, Капитолийский холм, начало улицы Корсо) и до вокзала Термини и до Ватикана (Замок Ангела). Также можно пешком дойти до Яникула и до Адвентина (холмы и смотровые площадки). Безусловно интересен и сам район Трастевери. В отношении ресторанов - рядом расположена таверна Трилусса (бронировать столики за день, готовят прекрасно, не дорого для такого уровня ресторана, в ресторане такого же уровня в центре чек будет раза в два больше), пиццерия "Dar Poeta" (изумительная пицца и белое вино, совсем не дорого), а также множество иных ресторанов. В апартаментах отличный вай-фай, два кондиционера, регулируемое отопление. Продукты удобно закупать в минимаркете на Via dei Pettinari, это метрах в 300 от апартаментов через Тибр (ponte Sisto). Я не первый раз в Риме, но первый в апартаментах - очень достойно.
Location
Just outside of the door, on a quiet little street yet in the center of it all, you are never far from a restaurant, tourist attraction, public transportation, and certainly a history lesson!
Trastevere is certainly a young and hip area of the town and well connected and within walking distance to the historical center. After a long day of sightseeing, you can easily return to the apartment for a power nap and to freshen up and then hit one of the many local restaurants for an 'aperitivo' around 19.00 followed by an Italian dinner. If you are up for a night out, the apartment is located in Trastevere but just across the river is Campo dè Fiori and an area called Testaccio, an oftentimes overlooked area by tourists.
