Great Neighborhood Only 4 Miles from Disney!

Excellent location in great neighborhood only 4 miles from Disney and 20 minutes from airport. The pool overlooks a wildlife pond so there are no backyard neighbors. The large pool faces south for all day sunny enjoyment and is completely covered by screened lanai. The outside patio/eating area is under the roof. The inside floor plan is perfect for two families. Common areas located between bedrooms gives privacy, yet central location for fun together. Large master suite features king bed, ensuite bathroom with soaking tub, seperate shower, walk-in closet. Two bedrooms with two twin beds in each, another bedroom with queen bed - large bathroom with tub/shower - plenty of closet space. Flat screen TV's with cable in living room and 3 bedrooms.

The kitchen has all the appliances you could use, but the house is close to restaurants if you don't wish to cook. There are also lots of restaurants that deliver right to the front door if you just want to relax next to the pool.

Great house, great location

The house was perfect for our stay, it has everything you need with plenty of towels, bedding and amenities. The rooms are large and the living area very spacious. The pool area is great and the hot tub very nice after a day of visiting parks. The house is close to the Disney parks and has a great range of shops and restaurants just a 5 min drive around the corner. I’d recommend this property and would be happy to stay here again.

Fantastic location

Lovely villa with a great location overlooking a wildlife area. So nice not to be overlooked by other properties. Ideal location for getting to Disney World parks, and good variety of restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend.

Very satisfied with property

Family had a great stay. The house was the perfect size for our family. We have stay in several other houses and this was the best equipped and the best one we have stayed in. The beds were comfortable and furniture was perfect. We also loved the neighborhood.
