Amazing accommodation and views with an extremely responsive and gracious property owner.

Our family of 6 adults chose this as our destination Christmas location. We were so pleased with our choice! The property owner Tim went above and beyond by completely decorating the house with a Christmas tree and lights-he even set out six stockings for us! The kitchen possessed every gadget we needed to prepare Christmas cookies and our traditional dinner. The beds and bedding were so very comfortable and cozy. But the most outstanding feature had to have been the views. Absolutely stunning! We spend many evenings in the hot tub enjoying the relaxing atmosphere. There were also an extensive array of activities to enjoy in the area as well as every game (board games, cards, pool, ping pong and foosball) we could possibly want at the house. It was such a relaxing time with family and we could not have enjoyed it more. Thank you Tim for making our holiday getaway such a success!

LOCATION, VIEW AND HOST CANT BE BEAT!

Absolutely loved getting to come back again after several years. Home is so comfortable, the view is just stunning and you are SOOOOO close to so many attractions! If you even need to leave the home! Tim is just the sweetest most helpful host!

Look no further!

Absolutely amazing home. The views are spectacular and the location perfect. Friends and family were stunned with the views and all the amenities included. The host was excellent! Highly recommend.

Spectacular Home/Lovely HostR

The home is truly exceptional. Everything one would need for a beautiful stay from a cabinet full of every spice for cooking to plush robes for the hot tub. The phenomenal view cannot be captured by a photo: we spent hours enjoying from the deck, yard below and from cozy spots in the house. Outstanding wi-fi and the house was decorated and displayed thoughtfully with information about Colorado Springs artfully displayed. The owner most of all made our vacation unique, life saving and truly memorable. I highly recommend this home/owner as THE place to stay for an extraordinary vacation experience just minutes from the most beautiful parks in America!!!

Girls 50th Birthday Getaway

Our stay at this house was wonderful! Tim was very attentive to our needs and made our stay extra special by the personal touches he provided including; a dozen roses, wine, and even a birthday cake! I would definitely stay here again and will recommend this property to friends and family!

Hello! My name is Tim Hobson and I'm a Colorado native born and raised in Colorado. I've been in Colorado Springs since 1988 working as an IT Project Manager for 30 years. I've finally decided to break away from the life in a cubical and go back to my love of working with customers. I was a llama / fishing outfitter/guide back in the early 90's. I have backpacked and camped all over Colorado. My main goal is to insure you have a wonderful time when you come to stay in my home. I will go out of my way to make sure you're comfortable, cozy, entertained and happy during your stay. Therefore, this is not just your standard rental. My plan is to add services which will improve your stay. I'll be glad to discuss the activities you're planning in the Colorado Springs area and make sure your vacation is a wonderful experience! Why they chose this property

You just can't beat the view from my back deck. I've had many people visit my home and are 'jaw dropped' when they walk out onto my back deck. It really is spectacular. The sunrises and sunsets are soothing to the soul. The hot tub experience is magical. You just won't believe how beautiful it is. Watching the sun go down over Pikes Peak and the Garden of the Gods and then star gazing into the night is an experience of a lifetime. Of course, location is everything when you come to Colorado Springs. My home is in the heart of so many wonderful attractions.

What makes this property unique

1) Free hiking/fishing guide (me!)
2) Centrally located in the middle of many of the tourist attractions in the area that make the city of Colorado Springs famous.
2) Game room in the garage including ping pong and pool
3) Wildlife come right into the yard.
4) An old, lovely grand piano that sounds wonderful in the sun room.
5) Over 40 board games in the collections (so far). If you have a game you like to play and I don't have it, I'll get it! It's just another addition to my collection of games in the house.
6) One of the most amazing views in Colorado Springs. I've had many friends of mine who are Colorado Springs natives that are stunned to see that I have such an amazing view. The first thing people say when they walk onto the deck is, "Wow... this is amazing." Come see for yourself.
