Villa d'exception

Séjour de 15 jours avec 2 enfants et 3 couples. Aucune déception par rapport au descriptif ! Tout y est, du jacuzzi au mini golf en passant par le terrain de sport ; pas le temps de s'ennuyer. Des équipements de qualité, 4 grandes chambres avec sa propre salle de bain. Un lieu reposant et très calme. Les plages accessibles entre 20 et 30 minutes. Un accueil de qualité. La villa est d'une grande qualité, pas de promiscuité entre les chambres et tout est pratique et bien pensé. Un séjour d'exception. Nous louons des villas depuis 15 ans et celle ci arrive clairement en n° 1

Wunderbare Villa die keine Wünsche offen lässt

Wir, 8 Freunde, hatten einen super angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Villa lässt keine Wünsche offen, ist sehr sauber und weitläufig. Der Vermieter ist ebenfalls sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Ich kann die Unterkunft Uneingeschränkt jedem empfehlen. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Wir sind als Familie mit 4 Buben und 2 Golden Retrievern herzlichst empfangen worden, Haus ist mega, super sauber, alles top in Schuss, Vermieter sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar....wir können uns nur herzlichst für die schöne Zeit bedanken - vergeben vollste Punktzahl, ist für jung bis alt und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Schönes Haus und großes Grundstück

Das Haus ist wunderbar ausgestattet, moderne Einrichtung und alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Der Pool ist schön groß und der beheizte Whirlpool einfach nur toll. Die Lage ist perfekt und ruhig.Unsere Kinder konnten richtig rumtoben, Spielplatz, Sportplatz, Minigolf und die Sportgeräte im Keller lassen keine Langeweile aufkommen. Auf dem Nachbargrundstück entsteht gerade ein weiteres Haus. Ganz allein ist man dann dort nicht mehr. Das ist meiner Meinung nach aber kein Nachteil. Die Bauweise ist so gemacht ,daß man sich nicht gegenseitig stört und das jeweils andere Grundstück nicht deutlich einsehen kann. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Orte sind relativ schnell erreichbar. Der Vermieter ist jederzeit erreichbar, die Übernahme und Rückgabe des Hauses lief perfekt ab. Alles in allem ein schöner Herbsturlaub in Istrien.

Super Ferienhaus

Wir waren zu neunt in dem Haus (alle Anfang 20, nur Männer). Für uns war das Haus ideal. Der Pool und der Sportplatz waren für uns perfekt. Das Haus selbst ist genauso wie auf den Bildern. Also herrlich. Durch die eher abgeschiedene Lage kann man die Musik gern auch mal etwas länger und lauter laufen lassen, was uns sehr gelegen kam. Die Villa ist zwar mit dem Auto circa 20 Minuten vom Meer weg, aber uns hat das eigentlich nicht gestört. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Da gab es keine Probleme. Wir hatten auf jeden Fall einen super Urlaub. Leider nur eine Woche, aber auf jeden Fall würden wir wieder kommen! Wir vermissen das alles schon jetzt.
