About this property

The home has been comfortably furnished for your vacation, boasting a huge south facing pool and spa, along with a games room for your entertainment.
The home has a master suite with a large en-suite bathroom. The double bedroom has direct access to a shower room with hand basin and toilet, this shower room can also be accessed from the pool area. The two twin rooms have single beds and have access to a central bathroom with shower over bathtub.
The family entertainment area has TV and audio system. The kitchen is fully equipped and is central in the house for easy access to both lounge areas and is near the formal dining area which seats 6 and the family breakfast bar and table seating 4. The main lounge, family lounge, and all 4 bedrooms have cable TV, including NFL and English Premier League Football. A DVD/video library is also available in the family lounge. The main lounge has direct access to the pool area with sun loungers, table, chairs and a gas BBQ.
Pool heat is available at an extra charge and must be booked at least 3 days before arrival to allow water to heat.

Home from home

Perfect villa with all the amenities you could need. Lovely to get back and relax by the pool after a day at the theme park.

Fantastic Family Holiday

We were a family of 6 travelling to Florida for a week. We were very happy with our house choice. The owners were very prompt with any sort of communication. The house was exactly how it was shown in pictures. Lots of space for 4 adults and 2 kids. We really loved the two living room areas. The kids were able to watch their shows in the morning during the breakfast while the adults could catch up on the news. The pool was fantastic. There were even a few pool toys left behind from the previous visitors which made the pool even more enjoyable. We paid for the heated pool for the week and was worth ever penny. The owners were very fast at responding during our stay as well. We had a few small issues and the management company was there within a few hours. We had a toaster that wasn't working very well and while we were out a new toaster was delivered along with a blender. We couldn't have asked for better service. The location was perfect. We were able to easily get to Orlando and Tampa for our day trips. I highly recommend this property!

Spacious, light, airy, comfortable villa with a fab pool & jacuzzi!

Cornish family of 7 stayed at Steamboat Villa 13-28th Dec. Villa is just as the pictures show, has an open plan feel & is spacious. The master bedroom had an awesome large shower/bathroom/en-suite & the queen bed was so comfy. Kids rooms were standard, beds not so comfy as ours & squeaked (but ok for younger kids, mine are 18 & 15! 10 & 8 yr olds didn’t moan about there beds!). Kitchen area was were we all hung out mornings getting ready for our days out, it’s central in the villa & has everything you need. Playroom was larger than expected & again had all what kids need, we were so tired evenings we only hung out in there a couple of times. Only 2 board games on offer, we played scrabble one eve! Pool was great, glad we asked for heating in it, pool was nice n deep in places, bigger than expected & jacuzzi was lovely to sit in after a long day. Didn’t use bbq so cant comment, plenty of chairs by pool for us all to use. Villa is situated in a lovely area, nice n quiet & lovely xmas decorated houses around! On arrival of villa it was a nice surprise to have use of sat nav & booster seat! Had afew questions to ask villa owners & they emailed back straight away. We planned our days before arriving, as it was Xmas time we were concerned about long queues/delays in parks but were pleasantly surprised, we did all Disney parks first, then universal parks followed by water parks & visit to Clearwater & Daytona Beach. Parks are within half hour from villa, beaches an hour & a half away (if no traffic). Used publix just up the road & various eating houses were only 10mins away. All parks were great but our best was visiting Discovery Cove & SeaWorld on Xmas eve was amazing gave you that christmassie feel! Fab 2 weeks stay here & would definitely recommend this villa :)

Your villa is in a great location not to far from the 192 with all shops and eateries you need. The villa was very clean and comfortable, plenty of space for families. The outside space was good the only thing needed is possibly two more sun loungers in case 4 adults are there. The BBQ came in very handy, we used it a few times, ( no wire brush to clean the grill.) We paid extra for the pool to be heated and it was lovely and warm, well worth the money and also a great size. The kitchen has everything you need, every room has a TV, all in all a great villa , we loved it. We would not hesitate to recommend your villa, thanks for a great holiday we hope to be back soon.
