One Has a Queen-sized Bed, a Full Length and a Vanity Mirror, a Dresser, Two Night Stands, a Comfy Chair and Built-in Closet. the Adjacent Bathroom Has a Shower and Tub With Sliding Doors. the Other Bedroom Has Two XL Twin Beds That Can Be Joined to Make a King. A Third Twin Fits Nicely and Can Be Added to Accommodate Up to Three Guests in the Same Room. Perfect Location

I really enjoyed staying at this townhouse! The Gulf beach is just across the street and the Sound is in the back yard. The unit was very well stocked with towels, bedding, beach toys, games, and kitchen things. Appliances are all up-to-date models. The owner was great to work with, and I would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely Fantastic!

The condo, pool, and location were fabulous!! Right across the street from the beautiful beach, 1 minute to Ft Pickens National Sea Shore (stunning beaches). Lots of nice restaurants in very close proximity. This place had it all!! We will definitely be back next year. Thanks Mare!!

Perfect Location for a beach vacation

We enjoyed our time at the unit. The location was perfect, just steps from the National Seashore. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cookware, and a useful pantry filled with seasonings and basic cooking ingredients. There were plenty of linens, including extra blankets, pillows and beach towels. Everything was labeled, making it easy to find what we needed. Due to inclement weather, we were indoors more than anticipated, so we noticed that the sofa and chairs were showing wear and could use an upgrade. We weren't able to make use of the "beach toys", but there were plenty of them available. Overall, a great unit in a great location. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

Everything couldn't of been better the beach was unbelievable and very quiet went away to see blue angels and relax location couldn't be better SNOW WHITE BEACHES🤙

Why they chose this property

I found Pensacola Beach in 2015. I've lived mostly in south and central Florida and spent little time in the Panhandle. I have been working often in New Orleans recently and while it is an amazing city, I was really missing the beach. A friend suggested I check out Pensacola. Just 3 hours south - what a hidden gem - beaches are sugar white sand and water is clear blue/green. It's not overbuilt - many parts of the beach are even permanently protected and natural! I started looking for a place I might buy and found the San De Luna townhouses - this unique property is the only one that sits between the bay and the beach - water and sand on both sides - with a beautiful pool and private tennis court. How could I resist? In under a year I became the very happy owner a piece of perfect paradise. Downtown Pensacola is amazing too - cute shops, art, museums, great restaurants and plenty to do. The Blue Wahoo minor league baseball games are really fun! There is a large weekly farmers market and so much more. I'm happy to share too - I hope you love it as much as I do.
