Located in the Ringling Museum/Asolo Theater/fine arts area, our home is a pristine, newly renovated 4 BR, 3 BA home with heated pool, just a five-minute walk to gorgeous Sarasota Bay, Ringling Museum, Ca'D'Zan (John Ringling Home), and the Asolo Theater. Well-appointed kitchen with granite and wood cabinets and everything needed for cooking. Large living room with 15-ft. ceilings and huge flatscreen TV over fireplace. Hardwood floors. Excellent for kayakers and art aficionados. Book a few days, a week, or a month in paradise!

DETAILS:
This 4 BR/3 BA home has been painstakingly & lovingly renovated in a “Coastal Contemporary” theme and features a wonderful pool and is just a few minutes’ walk away from the Bay, where you may see dolphins cavorting in the water—the perfect place to fish, kayak, or to watch the sunset, or just to let your kids play on the playground situated right on the water.

Enjoy the sprawling home, which has an open, inviting floor plan with 15-feet-high ceilings and ceiling fans to keep the bay breezes flowing. There is a large living room with 50” flatscreen smart TV, a dining room and a kitchen centered in the heart of it all. Open the French doors to the pool lanai to invite the outside in, and create the perfect Florida experience of warm weather, plentiful sunlight, and your own personal oasis with a pool, outdoor shower, and seating and dining arrangements inside and out!

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed with new pillowtop mattress (very comfortable!), a large wall-mounted flat screen TV, and a large, spacious, well-appointed master bath.

The guest bedrooms have comfy queen-sized beds. The home comfortably sleeps 8-10 altogether. You’ll also find a full-size washer and dryer should you need it for laundering those beach clothes!

In the screened in pool lanai, you will find a dining table and loungers for sunbathing and a grill for those evenings by the barbecue! There is also an outdoor shower, with both hot and cold water, by the pool, for washing off sand.

Two small kayaks are provided to you, along with life jackets, for exploring the Bay, with views of the historic Ca’D’Zan (John Ringling residence from the 1920s and setting for the movie Great Expectations with Ethan Hawke and Gwyneth Paltrow)! Just launch from the sandy shore and away you go! Explore the waters of Sarasota at your leisure, and get to know the best of Florida living.

Great Rowing Home Base

Stayed at the house for USRowing Youth Nationals at Benderson Park. Very convenient to get to the race at 6am, and great for the adults to kill the rest of the day at the beach, fishing, etc. in the afternoon once the girls were done and came home to rest. Worked out great for two families to share. Parents plus a rower and parents plus a rower.

Great Family get together

The house was in a wonderful family neighborhood and a short walk to a harbor to see a beautiful sunset. 5 Minute drive to downtown Sarasota. The house had plenty of space for our family vacation with my brother and my families to get together. Pool was heated and refreshing. Kim the owner was very approachable and easy to reach to answer any questions we had during the week. Would 100% rent this house again.
