The two-bedroom apartment is situated on the back row of the 2nd floor. Sea Views and sunsets can be enjoyed whilst relaxing on your private balcony complete with patio table & chairs. It comprises of:

One double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, dressing table and air conditioning. One twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. (Cot, available upon request), Bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin, a tastefully decorated lounge in light shades with patio doors leading to the balcony. Patio furniture and umbrella are provided and a modern fitted kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

For your entertainment the owners have provided a WiFi, TV, Satellite and DVD.

Diamond Complex

Our one and two bedroom Diamond Beach Family Apartments are conveniently located in the Tomb of the Kings area of Pafos. The furnishings are bright and friendly, giving a clean and airy feel to all rooms. The complex is only about 200 metres from the sea with a communal swimming pool. Free transfer from Paphos Airport to complex, special price for the return and transfer from/to Larnaca Airport. Airport transfer time: Paphos 20mins: Larnaca 1 hour 30mins.

A hire car is not necessary in this location but would be useful to fully appreciate the Paphos region. The apartment owner will be happy to make the necessary car hire arrangements for you on special rates as he is owner of a car hire company.

Apartment Owner, Nikos Kyriakides, was most helpful to us during our stay as he also runs one of the local Car Hire firms and was able to give us an excellent deal on Car Hire.

The Apartment was quiet (a blessing compared to some centrally located Apartments we've stayed at), clean and comfortably furnished.

The Owner advised us that he was looking to upgrade & refurbish the Apartment in the near future, with a new Bathroom on his list as part of the upgrade.

The only 'niggles' were the Oven (only 2 Rings operational & the Oven needed a 'knack' to get it working) & the Double Bed had 2 Single Duvets instead of a Double Duvet. However, these are small issues and easily rectified by the Owner, Nikos.

All in all a very pleasant Apartment for our 2 weeks in Cyprus.

Excellent apartment, all suit to wonderful holiday

Those 5 stars apartment are fully equipped for carefree holiday, but above all its location!Five minutes to Venus beach, another 10min to municipal, 50 meters to Lidl supermarket, 2 minutes to nearest restaurants. Greek, Irish, French, Chinese restaurants are only 50meters away! One minute to bus stop of 615, so within next 10 m you are either on Paphos Habour or Coral Bay, which is on opposite route.

Ideal place for family holiday even with small children, silent and peaceful.

Service, provided by owners was more than wonderful, pick up from and to airport, full explanation of everything, that you need or might need at holiday.

I do recommend this apartment!

The apartments are opposite the historic Tombs of the Kings which is protected from development. The apartments are situated only 2kms from the famous Pafos Harbour and the Old Town of Pafos. The complex is about 200 metres from the sea. You will find plenty of bars, restaurants, shops and supermarket within easy walking distance of the apartment. In front of the complex there is a bus stop for the local bus service, with buses running every 15 minutes to Pafos Town, Harbour and Coral Bay. Limassol is about 60 km away, Larnaca about 135 km and the capital Nikosia about 150 km
