I have several short term rentals located in Grass Valley, Nevada City, San Francisco and Moss Beach, CA . I love this business, as I get to meet wonderful people form all over the world. I am also a local Realtor also, so if you are looking to relocate up this way - I can help. If you have any questions on the area let me know. I love Grass Valley/Nevada City. It offers outdoor adventures, yet sophistication of music, art, and good restaurants. It also has a diversity of spiritual communities. This property is private and serene and beautiful. It's very has deer or wild turkey's roaming around. Easy access from Highway 174/Colfax Exit off Hwy 80. Rollins Lake is 3 miles away. Grass Valley is a quick 5 miles and Nevada City is a quick 6 miles. And it's all on 9 private acres.
