Stunning villa for rent. Private pool, containing sitting area (0.5m) and shallow end (1.5m) ideal for children. Large sunbathing terraces with 6 sunbeds and shaded outdoor sitting area with Hammock, sofa & armchairs, and table for 6. Shaded outdoor areas are on each floor.
Sleeps 6 plus extra bed space for baby/child, (baby cot, highchair, and buggy available).
All rooms with balcony and sea view.
Air-conditioned throughout and Roof Terrace with a seating area
Wifi, TV, video (and latest DVDs) and music speakers as well as board games, library is available in this villa.

Zeytenli is a luxurious villa with a private pool. The pool and terraces are surrounded by flowers in abundance.

Gated entrance with private driveway (making the property very private and secure for young children). The villa is situated in a beautiful location at the foot of the Tauros mountains, on the hillside looking down onto the village and the bay. Air-conditioned throughout and all external windows have the added bonus of mosquito screens. The villa is bright, spacious, and tastefully fitted throughout. Downstairs you will find a large open lounge with an open fireplace and cream-marbled floor. Internet, TV, Cd player, selection of books and games.

The fitted kitchen has a fridge freezer, microwave, water cooler, washing machine, and dishwasher. The inside dining area has seating for 6. From both rooms, there are doorways leading onto a large covered terrace all looking out onto the pool. Here you will find a BBQ, second dining table, and chairs for 6, and full seating areas with wrought iron sofas, armchairs, and table and lamp.

A wrought iron staircase leads up to the first floor with a Large Master bedroom, complete with King Size bed, fitted wardrobes, and en suite bathroom, doors lead out onto the balcony with sea views. (this room can easily accommodate a cot or extra bed for a young child)
The second bedroom is also en-suite with twin beds.

A further staircase takes you to the second floor, with a twin bedroom (NB sloping ceiling) vanity sink, and doors that lead out onto the roof terrace. Here you will find a seating area, with a marble table and chairs (a fantastic place to sit and watch the sunset, taking in the stunning scenery).

The villa is surrounded by stone walls with lighting dotted on the walls, pathways, and a pool. Eating alfresco in the evening is wonderful.

Villa is cleaned/ bedding is changed weekly. Pools and gardens are maintained daily. Car hire and airport transfers can be arranged. Welcome pack on arrival

Fantastic property in great destination

This was our first visit to Turkiye and was a fantastic family holiday. The property had everything we needed. The pool was ample big enough and we enjoyed may hours enjoying it. The Villa was ideal for our needs. All rooms were exactly as listed and everything was very clean and fresh. The aircon was especially welcome during high summer. The terrace was especially nice to sit in either night or day as it always benefits from shade, while able to supervising any children in the pool. Kalkan was an amazing resort with more places to eat than you visit in a whole year let alone 2 weeks. We also really enjoyed visiting a beach club and taking a boat trip from Kalkan Harbour. Villa owner and Villa manger (Ramazan) were always excellent with communications and provided great advice about local attractions. We are very much looking forward to our next stay at this property.

First time in Kalkan

Lovely Villa and private pool Kalkan is beautiful just a bit of a steep walk for us over 70’s but the youngsters thought the place was fantastic.

Wonderful villa

Had a wonderful stay at the villa, which was located just 10 mins walking from the centre of Kalkan. It’s located up a steep hill so with the temperature I’d recommend a taxi back, which are plenty and cheap.. the villa itself was spacious, very clean and perfect for our family of 4… air con in all the bedrooms and living room, which was a real plus as it was 35+ when we visited. The pool area was fantastic, plenty of sun and although you don’t have much views of Kalkan from this level, due to other villas, what you do have is privacy.. We had many of our meals in the top balcony where you have stunning views to Kalkan and the sea. This was our first visit to Turkey and we all really enjoyed it, the shopping and markets were really enjoyable and the roof top restaurants were amazing!! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your villa..

Perfect villa in stunning resort

We have just got home from spending 2 amazing weeks at Villa Zeytinli. The photos do not do justice to the villa & Kalkan. The villa was clean, modern and in a great location with amazing views. The pool was a great size and sunshine all day around the pool. There was plenty of areas to sit in the shade throughout the day & the rooftop terrace which was perfect for an evening meal & drink. Kalkan is a ten minute walk and although we did walk back in the evening, a taxi was only £2.50. Kalkan is beautiful, full of rooftop terraced restaurants & bars. Would go back anytime. Celine was great at contacting me before our holiday & Ramazan was there to help at the villa. Would 100% recommend this villa.

Our stay at Zeytinli villa was perfect. It had everything for our needs, very clean and tastefully decorated. The outside is also very well presented with colourful plants and flowers , sea views one way, mountain views another from all bedrooms and terraces. Either completely unwinding and relaxing or having fun in the pool , with its great location, 5 minutes walk from Kalkan main town our expectations where definitely exceeded. Kalkan is beautiful, the people are very friendly, the sea is wonderful and the food is amazing. Having the pleasure to stay at Zeytinli villa certainly enhanced our experience.

Irish mother of a 12-year-old, wife, and self-employed and love the sun and all the people of Kalkan. Kalkan is like home to us and our long-term friends there are just wonderful family / child-friendly people. The water activities have improved in the last number of years and are fantastic. Amazing food, cocktail bars, and beach clubs - quality is second to none!!

Private, homely with a super swimming pool villa away from the bustle of town, and yet only a 10-minute walk downhill to the seafront and 20 TL home at the end of the day/ night.
