As you enter the home, you'll be greeted by a spacious living room with comfortable seating and an electric fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the nearby attractions. The adjacent dining area offers ample space for family meals or intimate dinners, while the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious home-cooked meals. Featuring comfortable beds, and a spacious living area, this rental can accommodate up to eight guests.
Upstairs, you'll find three cozy bedrooms, each with its own unique charm and comfortable bedding to ensure a restful night's sleep. The bathroom features a full bathtub and shower, and all linens and towels are provided for your convenience.
Outside, the backyard is complete with a sunken firepit surrounded by comfortable seating, perfect for roasting marshmallows and enjoying the cool evening breeze. The backyard is fully fenced for privacy, dogs and includes a BBQ for outdoor cooking.

We offer 24-hour check-in with self-entry for your convenience. When you arrive, you'll notice that the driveway is shared. Parking: Please be mindful of the neighbours because of the shared drive way. Please park your vehicle(s) as close as possible to the right hand side and as close to the garage as possible

3. PETS are welcome. I do have a Pet fee. Please inquire.
4. Beware: no loud noise after 11 p.m. The city of Niagara Falls enforces this by-law strictly. A complaint may result in arrival of police and fines.
5. Garbage: Please pick up after yourself! Extra garbage bags are underneath the sink. Recycling is mandatory use the bins beside the garage to put all papers(GREYBIN) and plastics(BLUEBIN). FRIDAY is garbage day AT MURRAY and if you are staying with us on Thursday night, please bring bins to the curb for AM pick up. FRIDAY morning please bring in all the empty bins and return to side of the garage. (Please review the recycling guide)
6. Firewood: Wood is supplied but it is stored outside. If you are looking for dry firewood please bring your own.
7. Everyone likes a clean space. Please take your shoes off at the door.
