Superb location. Only a gentle stroll to Fistral beach and town centre. Large groups may be accepted by arrangement. High quality property. Recently refurbished throughout including all new PVC windows and doors. A perfect base for a great holiday. No need to get the car out every day.A Nice fenced private rear garden with decked area and patio set. Situated in a cul de sac - perfect for children. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and a single. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, bedroom 3 has bunk beds In the lounge there are 2 double leather settees, electric fire, dvd player. Dining room has a full modern oak table and seating for 6. Kitchen has all essential appliances including a full freezer. Bathroom has a separate electric shower over the bath. Comes with garage to store all boards, etc.

Newquay Holiday Home is the ideal choice for your holiday in Newquay whatever time of year. With three well set up bedrooms and a modern and spacious areas downstairs, the house is home from home.

The back garden is private and secure. A nice decked area is great for breakfast or a barbecue in the evenings.

The location is the biggest bonus with this property. Positioned in Parc Godrevy - a quiet cul de sac, you have a great location for children to roam in and out of the house. Newquay town centre is only ten minutes walk - as is Fistral beach. This can be a 'car free' holiday if you choose. If you do bring the car, there is a drive plus there are parking bays on the road.

A five minute walk leads to onto the river gannel - a tidal river that for many locals is Newquay's most beautiful spot. You can take a walk down the river at low tide right onto the spectacular Crantock Beach.

You will love this property and see why so many guests return year after year.

This house has been owned by the same family for twenty years and has been their own holiday home. This is evident by the quality of the property, fixtures and fittings and special location.

Wonderful Location

when we turned up the house was better than the description. we arrived to a surprise of TV/DVD in the bedroom and BT sports(not HD) in the lounge,

we were made welcome and Christmas decorations had been put up.

the location was great near the beach and easy to walk to town for a drink over the festive period.

Access was easy and the owners accommodated us early arival which was good. the house itself was spotless and we would definitely return.

would also recommend to others.

Fistral Beach is just 10 min walk away. Here you can learn to surf, sun bathe or take part in water sports. The vibrant town centre is also just a ten minute walk. No need to drive or need for taxi.

Or enjoy shopping in the local surf shops.

The Eden project is a thirty minute drive.
