About this property

Nice and cosy! boat in the Central area.

It is an absolutely NON smoking and NON party place.
After 22.00 no loud music.

From Central station it is 10 min by bus № 22, or 20 min by tram № 14 through the city centre main squares.
Short walking/cycling distance from most of the city's main attractions.
The central Dam square and old city centre is 20 minutes by foot.
It is a 5 minutes to walk to the Tropical museum,
Dapper market with a lot of restaurants and small cosy shops,
supermarket Albert Hijn is 5 min by foot on Java street.

It is a small part of the boat with the owners next door.

The boat has:
-living room with a two couches, sleeping double sofa and TV
-wifi internet connection
-bedroom with double bed(bedspread provided), wardrobe
-bathroom with shower (towels and soap provided)
-in the kitchen there are all the cooking facilities you need including pans, plates, cutlery, cups, tea and coffee

-Smoking is NOT allowed on the boat, but you can do it outside.

Amazing Stay in Amsterdam

The houseboat was in a perfect location. Less than 5 minutes from the tram stop into the centre of Amsterdam. There is a supermarket, bars & Restaurants close by. The accommodation was clean & well equipped we would definitely recommend it for anyone staying in Amsterdam

Lovely Stay

We had a lovely time at this houseboat. Very clean and about 30mins walk from centre. We couldn't find the iron but thats our only very small issue. Would recommened this accomdation.

Memorable experience staying on houseboat

Had a great time on the houseboat. Safe and quiet area but easy access to centre via 14 tram which runs every 3 minutes , just over the footbridge . Convenient for supermarket for groceries. Would recommend for all except the lightest sleepers. Some noise from nearby train track . Would stay there again next time in Amsterdam.

Wonderful houseboat in a great location

This houseboat was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for our weekend in Amsterdam. There are a few nice bars and restaurants at the end of the street with a lovely vibe. The number 14 tram is very handy just across the bridge, literally 2 minutes away and it just takes about 20 minutes to get to Central Station with great sightseeing along the way. Would recommend to all and would definitely stay again if in Amsterdam again.
