About this property

Welcome to Music On The Sea!

160 ft of waterfront featuring various flowering trees including Palms, Mango, and Lemon. The manicured grounds filled with beautiful flowers surround the 1/2 acre property.

Our beautiful waterfront home is 2 miles from Indian Rocks Beach, 4 miles to Clearwater and 6 to St. Pete. We are on a canal located right off the Inter-coastal waterway. Fish, dolphins, manatees, stingrays and baby ducks can frequently be seen.

4-5 bedrooms sleeps 9, 2 kings, 1 queen size bed, 1 full bed with Twin bunk bed, 1 Serta queen size (no pinch) sofa sleeper in office(5th) and a baby pack and play, if needed.

The home is 2200 sq feet with split open floor plan.

West Wing-
This side of the house offers a private Master bedroom with upscale furnishings, fully lined dressers, jewelry storage, full bath and sliding glass door which leads to the pool.

The Living room with upscale leather sectional, 3 leather chairs, 55" Samsung TV with blue ray player. Dining room which seats 6 and opens to Lanai and full kitchen in the middle of the house, all have views of water and pool.

The kitchen in the middle of the house opens to the family room and has a pass through window to the lanai. You can easily watch for a passing boat, manatee or dolphin while preparing your food.

East Wing -
The Family room has premium feather couch, love-seat, leather chair with 55" LG TV with surround sound /blueray player and full siders which open to the Lanai.

The East wing has the other three bedrooms, 4th bedroom/office with sliding door to lanai, two additional full bathrooms; one with large step down roman tile type tub, both with showers are located off family room.

The office contains Epson scanner/printer, full size desk, executive chair, book case, conference phone, and futon.

The Laundry room is off the family room and leads to the two car garage.

The dining room and family room have sliding doors which open to a screened lanai.

The large screened Lanai has pull up bar stools to the kitchen window pass thru with 4 chairs, a dining room set for 6, 1 high top table which seats 4, large wicker chair and 55" TV. The two screened doors which lock lead to the 35x15 heated pool, waterfront and large two tiered dock.

In pool you can actually see the water and see the wildlife swim by. It is truly a beautiful place to be. Night swimming the pool has beautiful lights you can swim by and you can also see the TV on the Lanai from the pool at night. Perfect for those late night ballgames!

Beach chairs, towels, coolers, beach toys are provided.

A two person kayak and a paddle board are also available for your use for a small additional fee.

Pool has recently been resurfaced, tiled, new lighting (7/15), Solar heater was added to pool (11/15). New HAVC (4/16), Exterior paint (7/16), all new hurricane windows and doors installed, Double Etched glass entry door. (11/16). New bath fixtures and lighting, kitchen sink, fixture(11/16); new electric pool heater 12/18. New TV on Lanai 21. 2nd king room repainted, new shower/tub tile 1/22.

We prefer Saturday to Saturday check-ins, if checking in on a different day, please shoot us an email before booking as we need to confirm with cleaning lady.

Superb holiday home

This house was perfect for our family reunion with some of us coming from the UK & some of us coming from Canada. Everything we needed was available from bedding to beach towels & kitchen equipment to pool lilo's! The kitchen was well stocked with dry goods & the condiments in the fridge were very welcome. Coffee machine, blender, whisk & a whole other range of kitchen equipment meant this was a real home from home. The house is in a great location & only 7 minutes drive to the beach. The garage has all the beach essentials - chairs, buckets & spades, cool box & we also purchased a parasol so it has one of those too. (We also left the $20 stroller we bought from K Mart). The house is suitable for all ages; the lanai/Florida room is enclosed & screened making outside evenings enjoyable & the pool although by the river, is visible from different parts of the house. The pool also has steps making it a nice area for even little ones to paddle (our son learnt to swim) & the decking area is a gorgeous spot for both sun bathing & manatee watching (although unfortunately not too often). There were plenty of activities in the house for all ages to help ease the wet days we had including colouring, toys, cars & dominoes. Near by there is Clearwater & it's various beaches, the Alligator attraction at Madeira Beach, shopping in Tampa & various supermarkets all near too. Orlando is about 90-100 minutes away. Bobby & Lisa were incredibly friendly & helpful before arrival & during our stay & we would have no hesitations in recommending this house to anyone wanting to visit Florida & it's Gulf Coast, no matter how young or old.

Absolutely phenomenal family vacation!

This is by far the best rental on VRBO or anywhere else for that matter that I’ve found in over a decade of searching! FIVE stars isn’t even enough to describe the experience! The house was the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in and don’t tell my wife, but probably cleaner than our own house is. The location is absolutely perfect. It is just minutes away from whatever stores you might need and once you’re there you won’t want to leave the house for any reason anyways. The home is stocked with everything you will need and more, the owners have literally thought of EVERYTHING and noting is left to desire. Communication was excellent before and during our stay and questions we had we responded to quickly. There is nothing to think about, book this listing and don’t look back! Just get ready for an amazing vacation and separation anxiety when you have to leave. 10/10 would book again and will! I’d buy it and move there tomorrow if it was for sale! Best family vacation spot ever!!!

Our new hideaway from home!

Our stay couldn't have been any better.. The house was so clean and ready for us. There were only six adults and plenty of room and privacy if we needed it. The yard was so pretty, and the pool was perfect. The location was great, close to everything. The Lanai (or screened-in porch, as us Yankees call it) was great for the buggy evenings or to get out of the sun. We would stay there again, for sure-can't wait!

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed our recent stay at Music on the Sea. The house was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. We had 2 families (4 adults and 2 children) and the layout of the house worked well for us. We have stayed in a few other VRBO homes and this was by far the most well stocked kitchen of any! They had everything you can think of! We absolutely loved the lanai and pool area and spent most of our time there. Location of the house is convenient to both Publix and Walmart. We drove into IRB a few times, which was an easy drive and only took about 10 minutes.

My husband and I own a condo on Indian Rocks Beach. We love this area and plan to retire to this house someday!

LOVE the spaciousness and layout of the house and of course, love the water views from almost every window!

What makes this property unique

Very private, quiet neighborhood, less than a mile from the fresh food store, a little over a mile to the nearest grocery, restaurants and shopping. Less than 2 mi to the beach!

Busch Gardens and the Tampa Bay Aquarium are within 45 minutes. Disney is about two hours. We also have many site seeing tours for dolphins and other wildlife. There are also many activities in the area for paddle boards, kayaks, para-sailing and such depending on your preferences. Indian Rocks Beach has some of the most beautiful white sand beaches in the world! The beach is great for swimming, walking, biking, etc.. If you want to stay close you may want to try your hand fishing from our seawall or dock. We have numerous fishing poles available. There are many species that are edible and easy to catch. Depending on the ages of your party there are also Pirate Cruises that cater to younger needs out of Clearwater and Treasure Island. Many of the water ventures are within five miles of our home.
