Plenty of parking for 2-3 cars and attached one car GARAGE. Very Large, Private, SUNNY DECK with Gas Grill.

On Burro Trail with Cross Country skiing, Back Country skiing, Snow Shoeing, Mountain Biking, and Hiking access right out the door! Burro Trail connects to the 10th Mountain Division Hut Trail system. Forest and large parking area ideal for young kids to play and bike.

Winter shuttle service at entrance to complex goes to base of Peak 9 and/or connects to Breckenridge Free Ride service.

Ski In / Ski Out Details: Enjoy Ski In / Ski Out convenience in Breckenridge (and 15-20 minute drive to Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Copper). A few minutes Ski/Board through forest/trees to a Green Run to the base of Peak 9 (Quicksilver 6 chair high speed lift). Ski back to Townhome involves Blue/Black and Intermediate/Advanced skiing in the forest/trees -OR- Green/Blue Beginner skiing with a 200 yard hike; Ski in/out is dependent on Peak 9 Lifts being open/running. Peak 9 Base / Village Center / Main Street Station houses Ski School, Kids Ski School, and boasts some of the most gorgeous views of the ski area and the surrounding peaks.

GREAT LOCATION - A short 5 minute drive to shop at the heart Breckenridge and enjoy Breckenridge restaurants and night-life! Walk to downtown in summer time. Breckenridge Free Ride bus stop is at the bottom of the hill about 3/10 of a mile away.

Keystone, Arapahoe Basin (A-basin) just 20 minutes away! Copper about 20 minutes drive. Vail about 40 minute drive.

Good location but slightly lacking

The chalet was in a good location, ski in and out for an experienced skier. The chalet was nicely decorated, beds really comfy and plenty of towels. For a true 8 bed, and maximum 9 bed accommodation it was lacking in cooking pans, really difficult to make a meal for 8 people with only one very very large pan and one small one! Again it was lacking in glasses and especially mugs, these were mismatched and chipped. The real disappointment was with the hot tub, on arrival it was dirty and musty smelling. I complained about this and was told by the owner it was fine at the weekend but if it wasn't to 'my standards' she would have the water changed. I would expect this before my arrival not after, the water was changed but the hot tub was not looked again for the whole two weeks of our stay. I would expect it to maintained every other day, as over the course of the holiday it did start to go cloudy again. Although the jets worked on the hot tub the blowers or the lit didn't, not a great addition to the chalet. Another concern was getting electric shocks every time we switched a light on, again we were told that it was just static from the carpet, but I have never experienced this before and on top of this the lights did have a tendency to trip the whole system at least once a day. Would I return, no, it's a shame because a lovely chalet in a good location was let down by avoidable issues.

Great location

Was easy to ski out to a green slope from the property. We did not try the ski in but there is that option as well. The views from this property are amazing and the garage was a definite bonus since we had so much snow while we were there. Hot tub was also awesome. Kitchen was well stocked and also some condiments and spices available. Only recommendation would be to consider updating dryer and washer- both worked but are pretty worn.

Better than the Pictures Convey

Excellent property. Ski in and out through the woods is not an issue for any intermediate skier. Property views are stunning and the property itself is better in person than in pictures. There was a small issue with the circuit breaker tripping when the heated floor in the upstairs bathroom was being used, but it was such a small issue we didn't bother to mention it. I am sure that the owner will see this and correct the problem as they were excellent and flexible with us. Don't hesitate to book this property.

Breck getaway

This property is awesome and the owners don’t do it justice with their listing. Very clean with all the amenities that you could possibly need. The unit is ski in ski out which we didn’t use but it gave us incredible views. The scenery around the property is stunning. We enjoyed our stay very much and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
