Located only 10 houses from the sand, this recently remodeled, single-story beach bungalow has all the amenities for your relaxing vacation. Surrounded by a private garden and privacy fence on a quiet family-oriented beach lane, this classic beach house has a gourmet kitchen, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, disposal, coffeemaker, small appliances and filtered drinking water.

The single-story open floor plan, skylights and white-washed hardwood floors create a light-and-airy, peaceful atmosphere. The combination living room/dining room/office has plenty of seating with an HD smart TV serviced by Cable. The master bedroom has a king bed and attached bath with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a new queen bed and a wall-mounted flat screen TV. This bedroom is served by an adjacent full bath with tub/shower combo. High speed WiFi is available throughout. The property has a 2-car carport and additional street parking in front of the house.

Step out onto the private deck to relax in the sun and enjoy the panoramic mountain views and peek-a-boo view of the beach. The main deck is equipped with a fire pit, 4-chair patio set, umbrella, and various comfy chairs. The private back patio next to the kitchen has a gas BBQ and bistro table with chairs. The hot-and-cold outdoor shower is just steps away from the outside entrance into the 1/2 bath and laundry room, perfect for quick beach-to-house access without tracking sand.

The property is not only within walking distance of the beautiful beach, but also to the quaint Pierpont shopping area offering dining, drinks, and yogurt, surf, and coffee shops. The shopping center just a few blocks away offers a large Vons supermarket, Donut shop, Starbucks, bike shop, running shop, laundry mat, etc. Walking and biking trails are available nearby, and don't miss the amazing sunsets and views of the Islands from the beach!

Perfect holiday getaway

We loved our short stay in this very well equipped and comfortable holiday home, just wished we could have stayed longer. The neighbourhood is charming and the beach just a very short walk away. Laura was incredibly helpful and flexible, highly recommended.

Short surf trip

We had a great time. Place was very clean and good space for family of 4. Conveniently located near the beach in nice neighborhood. Outdoor space was beautifully landscaped. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook. Hostess was friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Great Stay

We stayed at the Pierpont Beach Bungalow with our niece and nephew for President’s Day Weekend. The home was perfect! Everything was extremely clean and had an awesome beach vibe decor. We loved the setup of the house, too. It felt like two separate master suites. The open floorplan allowed us to spend a lot of time hanging out and playing card games. The outdoor shower and entrance to the washroom made it easy to return from outdoor adventures. The house has a prime location, as well. It’s set in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. The beach is a 2 minute stroll. Downtown Ventura and the harbor are a 5 minute drive. Everything one might need is nearby! Overall, our stay at the Pierpont Beach Bungalow was nothing short of exceptional. We highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a fun-filled getaway by the shore.

Pierpont Bay Rental

My husband and I loved this home. It was very clean and organized. It was so quiet and peaceful. Beautifully decorated, and so close to the beach. We would like to stay there again if we visit Ventura in the future. Maureen and Jim

Originally from from the east coast, my husband and I are 3-decades long residents of Ventura. We are small business owners, my husband focusing on Jersey Mike's Subs stores while I manage the beach rental. We live less than 2 miles from Pierpont.

Why they chose this property

We originally bought and remodeled this house for my elderly father's use as as second home. When his travel became limited, we decided to offer the home as a Short-Term Rentals so it is still available to him when needed. The single-story floor plan and amenities such as covered parking, decks and easy access made this a great home for people of all ages.

What makes this property unique

This house has a large and spacious kitchen, living and dining area, particularly for a 2-bedroom home in Pierpont. Guests love its comfortable and cozy feel, while being so convenient to the beach, shopping, dining, biking, etc. Many guests have made this home their annual retreat. Everything is well stocked, particularly the kitchen, to ensure you have a relaxing and fun stay!
