Large 1 Bed Apartment in Centre Fuengirola. Sleeps 3. Great Location, Free wifi

This very spacious apartment is decorated to a very high standard. Although it is a 1 bedroom, it was originally designed to be a 2 bedroom. Instead of having 2 bedrooms the allocated space was built with 1 good size bedroom, large bathroom and large living room with dining area and good size American kitchen.

There is very good internet/wifi available. It has a large patio/sun terrace which is south west facing and ideal for sunbathing and eating 'al fresco' on warm evenings.

This property is in an excellent location, only 1 minute walk to the beach, very close to Fuengirola main high street and only round the corner from the famous 'fish alley' where you will find an array of bars and restaurants.

Fuengirola is one of the Costa del Sol’s most popular resorts. This former fishing village is now a huge holiday town dedicated to satisfying the demands of a thriving year-round tourist trade. It’s a perfect holiday destination.

Fuengirola: The nearby Los Boliches offers a host of bars and restaurants and is only a 15 minute walk away along the promenade. There are 2 water parks on the coast; Mijas Aqua Park and Torremolinos Aqua Park. A popular day trip is to Gibraltar to see the southernmost point of Europe and go up the Rock to see the famous Apes. There is also the possibility of day trips to Granada to see the Alhambra Palace or to Seville. Mijas Village is only a short bus ride. Mijas is a typical white Spanish village with panoramic view over the coast.

Fuengirola is the terminus of the Malaga-Fuengirola railway. Fuengirola is a local transport hub with excellent bus and train (via Malaga) services throughout the region. Trains to and from Malaga and the airport are every half hour and take about forty minutes. From Malaga you can catch the high-speed AVE to Cordoba or Seville (1 hour) or Madrid (2 hours). A car is really only necessary to freely explore the Andalusian countryside.

FUENGIROLA CONTINUED: Fuengirola may appear to be over-developed but, if you look hard enough, you will find several sunny parks in which to sit. One such park is the Parque del Sol.

The zoo can be found at the west of the town, next to the bullring and makes for a great day out. Don't be fooled by the small exterior of the zoo. It covers a remarkable area.

There are the remains of a Roman villa worthy of a visit. These can be found in Los Boliches. Los Boliches itself has its own beaches, shops and much more. It is a little quieter than Fuengirola centre.

All in all, Fuengirola is an international resort that is well established. If you are visiting Spain, Fuengirola is a good place to make base to explore Andalucia and the Costa del Sol.

I have stayed I the Jason twice and I am returning next week. I have no complaints it has everything you need and two minutes from fish alley,if you go for a meal at El Stello De Campo tell Fernando Gary the chef sent you.

A special mention to Madeline O Garra who can't do enough for you and doesn't bother you unless you need her 10/10.

well satisfied with this modern appartment very clean and well maintained. close to all the restaurants cafe bars shops etc. lovely beach 2mins away folks really friendly i would definatley recommend it to other people i shall be returning again. spot on !!!!

very nice spacious apartment. although we only spent about 3 waking hours there each day it provided us with all our needs.Madeleine greeted us on arrival to show us round/give out information. literally 2 mins from apartment to beach front. would also recommend the train from malaga airport to fuengirola, takes about 25/30 mins its a great service and only cost 2.60 euros per person and then its just a 10min walk to apartment. Would certainly return in the future.

This is a lovely, good sized and airy apartment in the centre of Fuengirola town. The apartment is only minutes away from the seafront and all the amenities that you could ask for, shops, restaurants and the train and bus stations making it an excellent choice for those without a car. Given its central location the apartment is surprisingly quiet and with the large balcony which gets sun all afternoon it is an excellent place to relax and unwind. It is well furnished for a holiday home and the bathroom is a real treat; unlike many holiday apartments it is large and well lit with a full size bath as well as a shower. This is the second property from the same owner that I have stayed at and I will certainly be returning again.

We enjoyed a lovely two week holiday in this apartment. We found the apartment very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. We were close to everything as this apartment is very central yet it is in a very quiet residential street. The agent was very helpful, she met us at the property with the keys and was able to provide us with very useful information. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Staying in Fuengirola

The location of apartment is great - just a few blocks away from the shopping and dining areas. The neighborhood is very silent. The only voices you can hear on the balcony come from the friendly parrot living in the next building. The apartment also has got a car garage. We always use a rental car because we play golf in the Costa Del Sol area. Apartment is very clean with a good size bath room. Also the big balcony is nice for bathing in sun. There is room for improvement too: the kitchen equipment (plates, forks etc.) should renewed. Also the bed room matrix could be more like at home. We will rent this apartment again for our next vacation in Fuengirola.

Great location, very quiet yet in the town centre so very close to everything and the beach. It is a very spacious property and the sunny patio is a great space.

This property is in an excellent location as it is only 1 minute walk to the beach and Fuengirola town center where you will find an array of bars and restaurants. The main church square in Fuengirola is the hub of Fuengirola’s chic café society with its trendy boutiques, authentic tapas bars, international restaurants and sophisticated nightlife and hosts all the major events. Also there is the yachting marina for boat trips, the English theater, cybercafé, supermarkets and English newspaper/duty free shop all within easy access of this property.

Fuengirola is situated in the heart of the Costa del Sol and therefore in the center of all activities and attractions along the Costa del Sol. Fuengirola is only a short bus ride to Benalmadena Costa or Marbella. Benalmadena offers one of the finest Marinas in Spain with large numbers of restaurants and bars. Fuengirola's location gives you the choice of an active holiday or a relaxing one. Fuengirola has a magnificent 7km promenade.
