Recentlly renovated, luxurious benefits, large swimming pool (12mx6m), outdoor shower, bowling pitch, table tennis, BBQ, free Wi-Fi, Satellite TV (Astra), Hi-Fi and all modern comfort. Large and fully fenced enclosed gardens with plenty of flowers and old trees. Ideal for a family holiday or relaxing long term stays.

Leisure : 2 golf courses close by (Servanes and Les-Baux-de-Provence). Hiking in the Alpilles and the Lubéron, beaches 30 to 45 minutes away (The Blue Coast, The Stes Maries-de-la-Mer, La Grande Motte, Port Camargue, ) mountain bike, tennis, cycling, horse-riding, table tennis, bowling pitch in the gardens.

Cultural activities : Roman sites (Arles, St. Rémy-de-Provence ,Nîmes, Avignon), traditional provençal villages (Les-Baux-de-Provence, le Lubéron), big cities (Marseille, Aix-en-Provence, Arles, Avignon etc.), museum, cinema, theater, concert, festivals.

Romantic, spacious, peaceful, private resort.

This property truly feels like your own private house in Provence. It's equipped with all the amenities you'd like and more for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. Beds and linens are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and entertaining. The outdoor area is very romantic with climbing roses, blue shutters and the outdoor dining under the pergola overlooking a very private big garden with mature landscaping and private swimming pool. A perfect place for a large family or 2 families. And all of this comes with a private and very friendly caretaker. This is a property where you truly can relax and we've been here 3 years in a row. This time we stayed 7 weeks so we really like it and we feel at home. The owner is very accommodating and friendly. We've become friends.

The location is perfect for exploring the villages in the Alpilles. We love to hike in the morning by the Roman aqueduct by Fontvielle. We also love the markets in Saint Remy de Provence and Eygaliers. If you want to live like the locals, you have to shop the wine at the different local vineries. We like Saint Berthe and Chateau d' Estoublon where they also grow excellent olives. Emily has a wonderful cheese store in Eygaliers providing local restaurants with her cheeses.

You can explore lots of quaint places on day trips from this house. But don't forget that Arles is just 10 minutes away and has lots of Roman culture and great shopping.

Regarding restaurants, there are so many to choose from. We've never had a bad meal here yet and everything is made fresh. If you like 2 star guide Michelin you can drive to Les Beaux, just 10-15 minutes away, but casual taverns are located in Maussane on the square by the church. Our favorite restaurants are Chez Laurent in Eygaliers and Mas de l'Amarine in Saint Remy.

Les Beaux is listed as one of the most beautiful villages in France and is a must to visit. Please take time to sit down with a glass of rose and look at the view or a bite of lavender ice-cream.

Moulès is located 10 minutes from Les Baux-de-Provence, 20 minutes from St. Rémy de Provence, 10 minutes from Arles, 30 minutes from Avignon, 20 minutes from Nîmes, an hour from Aix-en Provence, Marseille and Montpellier. Places of special intererst are the Camargue for people interested in nature like birdwatching or Roman sites for people interested in culture. The nearby beaches and golf courses are very attractive.
