Sleeps 6. 3 bedroom villa in Praia del Rey. Private pool 9m x 3.5m. Patio with table and chairs, sun loungers and barbecue. The beach is a leisurely 10/15 minute walk away. The golf course is a 5-minute walk. Buses and trains available from Lisbon to Obidos and Praia Del Rey.

Contactless booking in.

Although the cleaning has always been done with a higher standard this year due to covid19 we have implemented some extra measures.

- After an occupation, one team member will remove all the linen and garbage and will be taken to the laundry. While the other team will go with clean equipment and apart from cleaning the properties, as usual, all the surfaces will be disinfected with special products.
- Nobody is allowed to check out later than 10 am or check-in before 4 pm. This way we make sure that there’s enough time for the property to be aired.
- Dishwasher sponge will be replaced after each occupancy.
- All the surfaces that are likely to be touch apart from being cleaned will also be disinfected with special products.

The Praia Del Rey Resort has a fantastic GOLF course - there are 4 other courses nearby. The beaches at PDR are gorgeous try looking up on YouTube there is tennis club, watersports from the hotel on site. Childrens playground. There are some great places to visit nearby: -
Baleal Beach with surfing schools for all ages and some great places to grab some food. Obidos is a medieval town with cobbled streets with flowers and plently of places to sit, eat and drink- they also have a festival in July where the whole village is changed to medieval, people dress up there is fun and games. Obidos Lagoon with all kinds of watersports. Bom Successo Beach at the begining of the lagoon, some lovely places to eat and while away the hours or try some watersports - all these are within 20 minutes drive from the villa. Peniche where you can take to trip to the Berlengas Islands: Take one of the hourly boat taxis to true paradise. Just off the shore of Peniche lies the pristine natural reserve called Berlengas Islands. A small private beach facilitates extraordinary snorkelling, while a thirty-minute hike will take you across the entire main island. Fitted with a working lighthouse, restaurants, cafes, restrooms, camping grounds, and the historic fort, this island has it all. The nearest large town is Caldas Da Rainha

Peniche: Just A twenty-minute drive from PDR lies the hotspot of Peniche. This bustling harbour town presents everything from shopping, & oceanfront dining to scuba diving and surf lessons. With rows of public beaches and picturesque scenery, there's never a dull moment in Peniche

Lovely villa

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa, it’s a lovely part of the world and definitely worth visiting. We would definitely recommend that you hire a car as there is not much within walking distance. The villa was lovely, lots of space, well presented and very comfortable. The only negative is that the pool is not heated, so wasn’t used very much. The owner was really helpful before our visit and offered lots of advice and suggestions. Overall it was a great holiday.

Wonderful Holiday!

This Property was just Wonderful for a lovely relaxing break. The owner is very helpful and also prompt in replying to all queries. She also helped us arrange transport. The Villa is perfect with a lovely pool and hot tub and all facilities inside were immaculate. We LOVED it all!

Villa spacieuse propre et confortable située dans un complexe sécurisé et gardé très calme pour le mois de juin (à voir en pleine saison...) Équipements conformes à la description. Attention, impossible de rentrer un véhicule. Jacuzzi agréable bien qu’il demanderait à être révisé. Piscine non utilisée car le temps en ce mois de juin était trop frais et l’eau non chauffée. La situation de cette villa permet de visiter les points d’interêt aux alentours (Nazaré, Sintra, Lisbonne......) et d’acceder à la plage en 10 minutes à pieds. Petite attention sympathique à l’arrivée (panier très bien garni).

Happy Holidays!

We were all very happy with our recent stay here. The instructions on how to get there were clear, the property was clean, well maintained, with visits from the pool cleaners, gardeners and house cleaners. There are some beautiful places to visit nearby, lots of good restaurants and as always friendly and helpful Portuguese people. An ideal place to stay and explore this area.

Why they chose this property

We were looking for a home in Portugal so booked a viewing trip, this was the first one we saw and liked it so much we bought it. We spent a whole day and half looking at other properties but felt this one was the best.

What makes this property unique

Decent sized rooms. Master bedroom with en-suite upstairs. 2 good sized twin rooms downstairs with a shared bathroom. Love the plunge pool and always in the Jacuzzi when we go which is also private. We can walk to the club, beach, hotel. We are near so many interesting and historic places. The beaches are truly beautiful and magnificent. We are never short of somewhere to visit, eat drink and be merry. If you are not there we will be.
