The apartment is less than a minute stroll (just 20 meters) from the beautiful and sandy beaches of Vilanova. The entire apartment has just recently been renovated and refurbished and is fully equipped (2 LCD TV's, Sound system, DVD player etc etc). The kitchen is fully equipped incl new oven, nespresso machine, new washing machine etc etc). There is a large 27sq meter terrace space for outdoor eating and relaxation. The spacious living room, the main bedroom and second bedroom open out onto the larger terrace, while the third bedroom has its own terrace with a sea view. In 2 bedrooms, modern Airconditioning systems have been installed which will cool the entire apartment in Summer. So, all the amenities are provided, needed for a great and very relaxing holiday!!!

Great apartment, nice owner

I have been the second time in Peter's Apartment; always in winter time. And if I may I will always come back - I think THAT says more than words.

In this time of year a heating is needed - and it works very well. Everything is as described. If there are any problems the owner is always ready to help.

Wonderful!

The apartment is beautiful, the position is amazing, the owner is very helpful.

Appartamento molto bello, completo di tutto il necessario. Posizione comodissima a meno di 100 metri dalla spiaggia e a pochi minuti a piedi da tutti i servizi. Parcheggio interno. Il wifi funziona perfettamente. Ideale per una vacanza di completo relax, ma anche per visitare Barcellona (meno di un’ora sia in auto che in treno), Tarragona e le colline del Penedes. Peter, il proprietario è preciso e puntuale, tutte le indicazioni via mail sono complete. Spero di riuscire a tornare, penso che ad aprile e maggio sia fantastico.

Vilanova Apartment

This is a spacious, very well equipped apartment with a great outside space. It is in a lovely area, very close to the beach and there are plenty of restaurants close by. Peter is extremely helpful and responded to our needs very promptly. He is an excellent host.

A great place to spend your vacation in Spain!

Peter´s apartment has everything you need for a perfect holiday. It is spacious, good location next to the sea and with a wonderful balcony where you can enjoy your breakfast, a glass of wine or just relax!

We were a party of 5 and we stayed there during one week in August and we will definitely rent it again!

Super modern apartment close to the beach

Our family of four all loved Peter's lovely apartment. It's close to town and the beach so we didn't need a car (first time ever!). The balcony is very large and the BBQ means you can dine outside. The kitchen is very well equipped. Peter is extremely helpful and responsive. Could not fault it.

A wonderful apartment

This was a last minute booking for us, and we were lucky to find such a lovely apartment as there had been a cancellation.

The apartment was spacious, clean & modern, with lovely bathroom and well equipped kitchen, in fact everything you needed to make a relaxing holiday. We loved the large balcony, with the blinds to give us shade when we needed it. The apartment was in a very quiet side street with no traffic. It was great to be able to have an early morning swim at the beautiful beach just across the road, and only 5 minutes walk to all the tapas restaurants and many bars. It was good to have secure parking, so we could leave the car and walk out in the evenings. Communication with Peter was excellent from start to finish. He gave us plenty of useful information about the apartment. All in all everything for a perfect holiday. Thoroughly recommend

Vilanova i la Geltru is a bustling fishing port 35km south of Barcelona and 5km from Sitges. It has a large marina where enthusiasts can enjoy a variety of water sports as well as beautiful wide sandy beaches for sun worshipers. The surrounding hills are a delight to explore whether for walking, cycling, bird watching, horse riding or visiting the many vineyards that dot the landscape. The historic abbeys of Poblet, Santa Cruz and Monserrat are just an hour away. The sea is literally a 2 minutes stroll from the front door and offers progressive shallow bathing, ideal for families with children. The flat has a 27sq.m terrace space for outdoor eating and relaxation, fitted with full length blinds since the photo was taken!

The spacious lounge area and main bedroom open out onto the larger terrace, while the second smaller bedroom has its own balcony with a sea view. The kitchen and bathroom have been recently refurbished to provide all the amenities needed for a great holiday.
