WALK to North Conway Village (only 0.4 miles). Lots of locally owned restaurants, coffee shops, retail stores (including the infamous Zebs Country Store), the rec center, the Conway Scenic Railway, the North Conway Country Club and golf course, a Library, and Schouler Park!
Schouler Park offers a splash park, playground, weekend craft fairs, farmers markets, fireworks on the 4th of July, seasonal music programs under the stars, and many other events throughout the seasons.
SKIING - 0.4 miles to Cranmore Mountain.
PARKING - off street parking with a large driveway that will accommodate 5+ vehicles.
PROXIMITY - Short walk to Town or Minutes by car to tax-free outlet shopping, hiking trails, swimming holes, Echo Lake, Diana's Baths, Story Land and so much more!

KITCHEN/DINING - stainless steel appliances, including a five-burner gas range, refrigerator with water and ice dispenser in the door, and a large island with seating for four. Dining room table seats 8. The open concept kitchen/dining room has a total seating for twelve. Fully stocked with service for 12+ and pretty much everything you would need to cook a gourmet meal!
MAIN BEDROOM - a king size bed, TV, 5 piece en suite with bubble tub, separate shower and dual vanities.
2ND BEDROOM - Upstairs. Queen size bed with bathroom across the hall with a shower.
3RD & 4TH BEDROOMS - Downstairs each with a full-size bed and bunk beds. A full-size bathroom with tub/shower combo.
LINENS - Bed linens including comforters and blankets are provided. All beds have mattress protectors and pillowcase protectors. The beds are made & ready for your arrival.
GAMEROOM downstairs with a pool table, a 50" Smart TV and a gas log stove. Perfect for watching the game or for the kids to enjoy a movie!
WASHER/DRYER is located downstairs.
MUDROOM is downstairs just off of the garage. A great place to unload after a day of outside activities!
GAS GRILL on the deck overlooking the large backyard. Perfect for enjoying a beverage while grilling and watching the kids play.
BACKYARD PATIO has plenty of outside seating, a fire pit, and horseshoes. Backyard games provided include bocce ball, a football, a soccer ball, and frisbees.

Winter Weekend
Annual winter weekend for enjoying family and winter sports. First time staying here, and by far one of the best available. Perfect accommodation, updated and complete with every aspect of a holiday retreat covered. Our hosts have thought of just about everything. In addition the location to both town and the surrounding activities is just about perfect

Wonderful home. Karen and Steve are great to work with. Their home is so clean and well stocked. The location cannot be beat. We have stayed twice now and will continue to do so when in North Conway.

Perfect location, Spacious, Amazingly Clean
Steve and Karen are lovely and attentive hosts. This is our second time staying at this house, this time for a Christmas getaway. They have it beautifully decorated for the Holidays. It’s a perfect location to walk to downtown and Cranmore and walking trails. The home is well appointed with lots and lots of room. We are amazed at how clean and up to date everything is. The pool table and family room downstairs is a great place for the family to hang out. Thank you for another great stay!

Beautiful Home with Plenty of Room for Everyone!
We had the most Wonderful time celebrating our family Christmas together at this beautiful, spacious and immaculate home! It was warm, welcoming and gorgeously decorated for Christmas! Our hosts were very nice and easy to communicate with. Steve met us at the home and gave us a tour when we arrived. He showed us how to operate the tv and gas fireplaces and answered any questions we may have had. We found this to be really helpful. The beds were very comfortable, with plenty of extra blankets available. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need (along with added touches including various scented candles and a snowman making kit!). The closets were oversized and there was plenty room for everyone's winter gear in the conveniently located mudroom. We spent the entire first night downstairs in the game room, playing pool, and other games by the fireside, laughing and creating new memories. We had so much fun!! We enjoyed how close the home is to downtown N. Conway and Cranmore Mountain, where we enjoyed shopping and an afternoon of tubing. The location can't be beat! This was the Perfect home for us to celebrate our family Christmas together!!

Great place to stay
The house was excellent. We stayed with family, including young children. There was plenty of space for all and the location is ideal. Steve and Karen were very friendly and accommodating. We definitely recommend this house and hope to stay there again.

We moved to New Hampshire in 2009 from Texas following Steve's retirement from the Fire Department after 25 years of service.
We chose the North Conway area as Steve fell in love with the White Mountains as a child during family camping trips. Steve grew up in MA and I grew up the daughter of a career military father.
We reside locally in Bartlett, NH with our two boys, Stewie and Fred (both hypoallergenic Schnoodles)!

Why they chose this property

We purchased this property with the intent to rehab it and sell it. We redesigned the floor plan from a dated split level to a relaxing and comfortable space with an open concept living/dining/kitchen area. However, after a couple of years of renovation we fell in love with it and didn't want to sell it! Great location and close to everything, whether walking or driving!

Walking distance to Whittaker Woods trail entrance on Oak Street.
A beautiful, treed lot makes it a serene location for relaxing in the spacious backyard after a day of hiking, tubing, golfing, skiing or shopping.
