Ground Floor: 1 double bedroom, living room w/sofa bed. One full bathroom and one restroom. Kitchen and the garden. In the garden, you can find it a small swimming pool.
First Floor: 2 double bedrooms, living room w/sofa bed. Two full bathrooms. Balcony.

A/C and central heating. Garden of 100 m2.

NOTE:
The gardener will come once a week to take care of the garden and pool.
The claner will come one every 15 days to make a general cleaning of the apartment.

Central with outdoor space - a great combo

This apartment was fantastic for our group of 6 adults with plenty of space and good facilities. We were lucky enough to enjoy good weather for the week and the large outdoor space was a real asset and something that is rare to find in the centre of the old town. The apartment is fitted out to a high standard and the management service throughout was friendly and professional. I would be happy to recommend this apartment to friends and the apartment will be our first choice for any future trip to Girona (this was our fourth trip to Girona to enjoy cycling in the area)

Wonderful stay in Girona!

Staying at this apartment was a wonderful way to kickoff our travels in Spain! The apartment was lovely, clean, spacious and had a beautiful backyard. The pool was great for soaking our feet after a long day of walking around Girona, and the sound of the water falling into the pool was so relaxing a restorative. The location was perfect for exploration of all there is to offer in the old part of Girona., and batiks day trips, although it was a challenge to manage our heavy suitcases upon arrival and departure. Teresa was helpful, responsive and easy to work with.

Unbeatable Location-steps from everything!!

The location of this apartment is incredible-steps from everything in the Barri Vell. The air conditioning works very well-there is a split system which came in very handy for the hot summer weather. The communication with the property manager was a little spotty prior to check in-a couple of messages went unanswered. and I was getting nervous as our arrival date approached and i didn’t have check-in instructions. I was finally contacted the day prior and the instructions on check-in and parking were very helpful-I think I would just prefer to have that communication happen a few days earlier. Parking is very easy and free. The pool needed cleaning-I asked the manager and she got someone over to the apartment that evening to clean it. Even so, I wish it had been clean and ready on our arrival. The apartment itself is a little dated-I think some updates to bedding (duvets instead of bedspreads, new entry rug, updated dining chairs.) would go a long way. There was very nice body wash and lotion but no shampoo or conditioner which meant we had to purchase whole bottles for our 4 night stay which was a bummer. They provided coffee capsules but not much else-no water or other welcome amenities so a trip to the grocery store prior is advisable. (There is a market within walking distance). Overall, if they made a few updates, I would stay there again!
