About this property

The apartment is located in Coves Noves with superb views across to Na Macaret and Addaia. It is a ground floor apartment in a quiet complex with its own private garden (ideal for children) and patios on three sides ensuring sunshine throughout the day. The shared pool is a very short walk from the end of the garden. The beautiful sandy beach of Arenal D'en Castell is one kilometre away and there are tennis courts, restaurants, cash points, and a bouncy castle park close by. Son Parc Golf Course is only a ten minute drive.

The apartment comes with virtually everything you need for your holdiay and a weekly change of linen and towels is included in the rental. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, and there are additional folding beds and bedding available, including a sofa bed in the lounge. Quiet apartment in a lovely location

Had a lovely week Apartment is quite basic but everything we needed. Good value for money. Didn’t miss Wi-Fi! Very clean, pool area and gardens very well kept Good location

Nice property

Overall we had a good time and the property was in excellent location, specious and has a nice view and garden.however, the property entrance had bad odeur of dump and some furniture could do with updating. We will stay again as the place is wonderful. Thank you

Excellent outside space

Lovely spacious accommodation with excellent outside space. Some hotel entertainment noise at times disturbed what was otherwise a very quiet and peaceful location, but it always stopped at 23:00.

Lovely property for a quiet family holiday

Really great ground floor apartment that has a lovely garden on three sides, very clean and with all the basic necessities. We stayed during the heat wave and the fans and closing the shutters meant the rooms stayed cool enough. The pool is very clean and quiet most of the day. The location of Coves Noves is good base for exploring nearby beaches / restaurants etc. Overall we had a really great stay and would stay here again.
