To the side of the great room is the spacious Master Suite, featuring a King size bed, 40” flat screen TV, ensuite bathroom, and a private walkout to the covered front porch. Two additional bedrooms, and a shared full bath are just off the hallway in the rear of the home. A set of stairs to the lower level leads to the game/rec room, where guests can enjoy a rousing game of fooseball or watch TV and lounge on the full size futon on a rainy day.

Many fine wineries are just a short drive away, and you sit directly on the main route for the Seneca Lake Wine Trail, and just 15 minutes from the Keuka Lake Wine Trail. The quiet residential road is also great for walking and biking to stretch your legs after a delicious meal of local food.
