We had a lovely time and the weather wasn't too bad. We just arrived back into Australia. We look forward to coming back and staying again but unfortunately it wouldn't be for a few years if you still have the apartment.

Great location - great views - lots to do

Clean bright apartment - ideal for our family. Loved the life for my 86 year old mother in law, whose treat it was. Mother's Day and Birthday with her family. We knew the area well so this was a chance to reminisce and enjoy family time. The apartment was cosy, and spacious for our needs. In the summer, an ideal spot to just slip out and walk along the beaches or the pathway to the nearby marina with shops and restaurants. Highly recommended. The owners were really nice and helpful throughout and very accommodating to our specific needs. Lovely holiday. Thank you.

The apartment is very nicely located in a quiet area of Eastbourne, the rooms are large and very well kept and the beds comfortable, the location is ideal for long walks along the promenade to the harbour area. The harbour a few minutes walk has good restaurants. Eastbourne is perfect for visiting the south coast, the walks at Beachy Head and the Seven Sisters are fantastic. Eastbourne itself is kept very nice unlike some seaside towns, we hope to come back in the not to distant future.

The 'Waterfront' Marina has lots of lovely shops, supermarket and excellent range of restaurants offering exquisite international cuisine with outside seating making it a great place for relaxing and watching boats go by. Boat trips available from the harbour.

There is always so much to do in Eastbourne making it an ideal all year round holiday destination for all ages, for example: Fishing in front of the apartment, miles of beaches all along Eastbourne to Birling Gap and beyond, tennis courts (AEGON International Centre), famous scenic walks on Beachy Head and the Seven Sisters Country Park or rock pools in Birling Gap, Redoubt Fortress and Military Museum, zoo, leisure centre with swimming pools, wave machine, fitness & gym, bowling & laserquest centre, Hang Gliding & Paragliding. The famous 1066 Battle near Hastings, Pevensey Castle and Herstmonceux Observatory Science Centre are all within easy reach. Newhaven Ferry Port with regular sailings to France is only 20 minutes away so don't forget your passport!! A golf course is practically on the door step from the apartment.

Deposit refunded within 14 working days of returning the keys provided the property is left in same condition as found - clean, tidy and undamaged. Regretfully we can't reserve the property until all payment & signed Booking Form is received. We accept payments by personal cheque drawn on UK bank accouts, direct bank tranfers and payments via HomeAway. Any shortfalls in payment resulting from card charges/fees incurred when proccesing payments will be passed on to you and will be deducted from your security deposit. Therefore, please ensure that all credit/bank charges and commissions are covered by you as we will only credit you with what we receive into our bank account. Please note payments made via HomeAway will incur 3% charge of total rental rate on top and will be deducted from your security deposit.
