The family have had a great holiday and found the villa had all that we needed. We enjoyed sitting out on the terrace and the pool was a massive hit with our daughter. Personally, I thought the free Wifi was a big plus and not something encountered at most properties we've rented.
Our Family spent a wonderful 2 weeks relaxing at Las Breizas. Everything was perfect : the house, pool, surrounding activities. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we are planning to go back this year !!
Great comms with the owner, William who was very helpful during and after booking. The Villa is of a high quality and is perfectly placed away from the hustle and bustle of the nearby town. It is well equipped with all the expected mod cons. Car hire is a must as its a steep drive to the villa. Local facilities were good with a decent sized Consum supermarket with everything you will need for home comforts. Pool was a great size and kept clean. Can't comment on local restaurants, bars or attractions as we pretty much kept to the Villa which offered everything we required for a quiet family holiday. Thanks William :)
Whilst I'd seen all the photographs, nothing quite prepares you for the views once you step on to the terrace. They really are incredible, both day and evening. It's difficult to drag yourself away as it really is quite mesmerising.
The villa has everything you could require (including wi-fi), and we found it a very comfortable base for a week in August. It was so refreshing to have a good sized pool to have a proper swim in, although those with younger children need to remember there's no shallow end. It does however, have a separate baby pool. Again, the wonderful vista of the sea makes the pool area even more special.
This is an ideal spot for two families to have one villa each (the pool sits between the two), but helpfully, the owner doesn't rent the smaller villa when the main one is rented - meaning privacy is assured.
The busy little resort of Alcossebre is very good for beaches and seems to be mainly frequented by the Spanish. It's got a pleasant laid-back atmosphere and we happened upon a great market one evening too.
We don't normally like to return to the same place twice but writing this review has made me desperate to return to this villa! I think finding a view as good as this on the whole of HomeAway would be a tall order.
Thanks very much for your help whilst there William.
A place beyond the ordinary!
We had a really great vacation in Breizas House.
The view is wonderful and you feel completely private in this house.
We stayed there for two weeks with our children aged 6-12 years and everyone loved it.
There are good walks around the house and
is about 2.5 km to go down to the village.
The quiet little town has both fine beaches and good restaurants.
Owner William Payne answered all your questions, and made sure everything worked fine.
Our warmest recommendations! We will try to come back again.
The villa was very nice and well equipped. We didn't use the pool as it was too cold in the spring but spent a lot of time on the terrace and balcony looking at the superb views and the wood burner was a great plus. It is fun to trek into town and there is clearly to take advantage of when the season starts properly. We are returning in the summer as we loved the location and wish to see more of the area. Valencia city is well worth a visit.
The setting of the house was beautiful, high up with the most wonderful views all around, to sit on the terrace and take in the view of the town below and the sea with the hills and mountains behind was breathtaking.
We thought the quality was good, the neighbours were lovely and very welcoming. As we were there in winter the wood burner was required each night and we were very cosy and warm, with plenty of wood supplied. The care given to us by the owner was second to none nothing was too much trouble. All in all a very enjoyable stay and a nice town. The property was clean, yes I would recommend the property. Thank you William for an enjoyable holiday. the property was clean and w
